Beautiful grounds, quiet, serene, tropical gem. Our room was steps from the pool and was lovely.

Grandview Gardens is a special place. I highly recommend it.

Just about everything and I'm extremely picky

Not much at all i didn't like and I'm thinking hard

Grandview was the perfect oasis for a much needed vacation. The garden was so lovely and well maintained. The suite had a calmness that enveloped you. The pool area was inviting as well. The quietness of the property was so relaxing. I felt worlds away from the hustle and bustle just blocks away. Old Florida at its best in a cute neighborhood walkable to cute eateries and shops. Claudia was available at a moments notice for any need and Irma kept everything in pristine order. A lovely conversation with Fabian, the owner, made it feel as if you were visiting friends. A definite gem...my go to place when a recharge is needed.

Location, no restaurants nearby. No maps or guidance. Had to drive everywhere. Very expensive for just a room!

Security to the rooms should be better at night. There were no problems, but it’s easy access from the street to several rooms with glass doors.

It was a cute property that is very clean and well appointed. things are thought out quite well. Rooms were clean spacious and comfortable.

well the Innkeeper is nice she needs a lot of trying and not much instruction on the place. I felt like I should have had a walk through of items, where towels, house hours , local suggestions and some engagement. very odd not to have better orientation. Fabio I am surprised you allow this lack of complete orientation and not have a simple quality breakfast with granola , yogurt snd hard boiled egg and maybe toast and fruit. like in Europe. it’s a huge house and kitchen used only for coffee. it is nice you use Nespresso. For the quality of the place I would expect these simple things to be addressed. if they are then this place is exceptional. Without good people presents which makes all the difference this place is just ok. I think the owner used to be onsite and that usually makes a huge difference from good to great. i was at the people and chatting with people and they thought I was Fabio. lol. I travel all over the world and I only say all this because the place has potential. And Irma was great. she seems to be running the place but that really isn’t her job and English is a second language and she is taking care of all. housekeeping.

Grandview Gardens is an excellent place to stay. Intimate and welcoming.

Our first night we were on the ground level, and the noise from above was distracting. But management were able to move us to another room, and the rest of our stay was excellent.

Relaxed atmosphere with nice gardens. Team we’re eager to help.

Wifi was terrible. Almost always unusable.

The place is so beautiful.This property is truly a hidden gem. We are very picky and we gave it 5 stares. The staff is also great.

Got an ‘upgrade’ wonder what the non upgraded room was like if this was an upgrade? Room smelled awful but it was a place to sleep and close to the event we were attending.
