the hot tub and the front desk service was great

The room. Would have been cleaner , the jacuzzi tub was cracked and spotted from not being cleaned thoroughly. Whoever does drywall repairs needs to be retrained as they were done poorly . The value of the room for it almost being $200 a night was subpar at best . All things considered I'd stay elsewhere next time

Room was clean and desk clerk was accommodating to my wants.

That the room DIDN’T have a chair to relax in, like previously. I had to either sit at desk, which didn’t allow viewing of tv, or sit on bed.

Everything was great, better than the hotel I was staying at when I would come down to Danville. Loved that the pool was warm! Nico was very welcoming and helpful.

It was well lit and we could park directly in front of our room so we could unload easily

The first room wasn’t that great. We had some issues, however the staff was amazing and made things right. they moved us to another room that was in way better shape. It appears they have updates going on in the rooms, but they want to make sure the guests are comfortable and the room is satisfactory.

The staff was great and friendly.

my room had many broken things the fire alarm wasn’t even hooked up it was just wires hanging from the ceiling just a lot and it seemed like a huge issue when I asked for towels for the pool

bathroom door broke, door handle broken to bathroom, dirty shower curtain, didn’t clean room and didn’t leave extra towels.

Good but was out of some items.

We stayed there because it had a pool but couldn’t use it because it was way to cold and we had kids with us

The little hot pool water was just right It was too cold or to hot

The room dresser drawer was broken the bathroom door was hard to open and close for the confirmation breakfast it was only very nothing really to eat but cereal and to drink there's only like coffee and tea

Our room was wet and molded from the moisture or the wet carpet we had to put on shoes to go to the bathroom no sheets on the bed and management suggests that after a 4hr drive if we didn't like the room we could find another hotel
