There was no breakfast on site, however the room was very comfortable and clean.

The location was wonderful as it was only 3 min from the beach and right behind the family restaurant. Cost wasn't terrible considering these facts & that it was booked an hour before check-in

First- the air was not on in the building & it was easily 80 degrees everywhere. The elevator was dirty, matter of fact, everything except the linens was dirty. They only provide soap and shampoo, no conditioner. The first room they put us in, the shower wouldn't come on because the water pressure was almost non-existent, unless you wanted cold water, then it was okay. In the second room, the water still didn't get hot, got warmer than the first though and I could take a shower. The air conditioner hardly worked so it was still quite warm in our room all night. Breakfast was advertised but was not available

We were in walking distance of a store, restaurants and the pier.

There was no breakfast that I know of, so cannot comment on that. Based upon the poor impression I had from the minute I arrived, I would have skipped it if there was one. Only good thing was the location convenience, right off the highway. Despite its proximity to the highway and the trucking business next door, location was quiet.

I requested, and received a confirmation from the hotel itself that they could accommodate it, for check-in time between 3 and 4PM. I arrived at 3:07, only to find a note sitting on the front desk stating "will be back at 4:30." The note had a phone number, which I immediately tried calling twice, with no answer except for a recording saying "voicemail box is not set up." The facility itself is desperately in need of updates---chips and holes in all the walls, the middle window sill plate was totally detached, just sitting in place. There was over a 3-4" buildup of frost/ice in the refrigerator and a red liquid frozen across the bottom of the freezer. Housekeeping is obviously lacking, based upon what was in clear sight--a previous guest had STASHed some "material of value" under the front leg of the nightstand, which I removed and disposed.

falsely advertises a pool. The AC wasn't on in the room which was 90 degrees and smelled musty and like cigarettes. The pillow cases and sheets were stained. The window view was a truck yard.The entire hotel smelled like mold and cigarettes

There were no towels or washclothes in our room. Had to hu t someone down for those then only got 1 washcloth and 2 towels for 2 people.

The room was not clean, we found fingernail clippings under our sheets, I could possibly forgive an unswept floor but if you aren’t provided clean sheets that’s unacceptable. The staff was unapologetic as well.

Close to the destination I had to be at. Furniture falling apart. Homeless people hanging around outside. Very Erie environment.

Cigarette buts in the AC unit, Satins on the furniture. Staff wasn’t understanding when i wanted my money back.

The bedding wasn’t sanitary. We found multiple bugs and my girlfriends arm was all bit up and very irritated.

The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Are there advertisement pictures it was nothing like the hotel. There was no pool like stated. There was mould in the coffee maker, you had a straddle the toilet because the way the door opened up to the room. The parking lot completely flooded and I couldn’t even get to my car. Trying to contact the manager/owner is impossible. The staff is overworked! Literally the woman worked at the front desk and housekeeping for almost 24 hours straight, with a six hour break and was back at everything.
