Everything great view nice people
I reserved my room there was no soap no towels no sheets or blankets had to keep going back to get everything after realizing wasn’t anything prepared for my stay.

The breakfast exceeded our expectations. We loved the pancake maker and plenty of great supplies and an awesome staff lady who assisted us and was very sweet.

Quite location
Bathroom small. No water pressure in shower. Killed three bugs. Poor breakfast.

The room they gave us was filthy. Most disgusting thing I have ever seen. When we went back to the front desk she said nobody has been in that room in 3 days. Wasn’t sure why they had not cleaned it. We instantly got our money back and went somewhere else. Horrible!!!
They do not clean the rooms when people check out. Molded food beds unmade, trash everywhere, dirty mirrors, odor.

Good location and easy to find - lots of shops & restaurant options near by so we didn't have to travel more than 5 minutes for dinner or shopping. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice.
The room setup could be better- bathroom door hit the bed when open- and there was a portable shower chair/toilet seat(?) device taking up some space in the restroom.

rooms were dirty, tv didn’t have a remote so we had to change rooms, other room heater didn’t work, staff brought in a portable space heater

Great location with comfy beds. Easy to get to and several restaurants that were easy to get to.
Breakfast was extremely limited. Eggs and sausage were available but very dry.

Restaurants in close proximity. Well lit.
Terrible smell in room. Smelled dirty but they tried to mask the odor by overuse of bleach. Air unit didn’t work correctly. Terrible water pressure, hardly any warm water and NO hot water. Water smelled like a rotten egg. Location is right off a busy highway so you can hear cars passing all night. Bathroom looked to be out of code. Paint in bathroom also had weird paint cover up-two different colors of paint on one wall-looked as if they were trying to cover up a stain.

There was a beer can, used soap and shampoo left in the shower!!!!! Room needs to be painted, and the tub was chipped and rusty!!!!

Tv did not work. Moved to another room, heater did not work.

Location was good
Service, room was not cleaned, trash was not taken out during the 3 days that we stayed there. Heater didn’t work in our room and would arrive to a cold room those evenings. We as over charged the office authorized payments without my consent and wouldn’t return my money had to get my bank involved to get my money back.

The staff was nice and clean rooms. I also liked the location.
The beds were hard and very uncomfortable. I was supposed to have a non smoking room with a king size bed and they did not have one available. The tv in the room did not work and the toilet handle was broken my husband had to fix. The rooms really need to be updated.

i was extremely satisfied with the clean room and the beds were amazing!!!! i didn't wanna leave but i knew i had to. i will definitely stay there again
