A little bit of cleanliness issue, but at the price point and convenience, I was willing to let that go. Plus, it was a smoking room because my companion smoked, and it was freezing out. I normally get a non-smoking room for myself. I will stay there again, no problem.

This motel is fine for one or two nights. Room was clean the pool is nice and open till 9:00pm each night.

I thought smoking rooms were a thing of the past. I didn't realize I was booked into a smoking room. The smell of smoke in the room was noticeable but not a major issue. The pillows were thin and small. The wall AC was loud. The TV was small and there was no clock in the room. The front desk attendant was rather unfriendly.

We needed the gandicapped room. It was OK. Hard to get a walker to the bathroom. But easy to get into the room.

It was a quick and easy transaction. No fuss. Just politeness

The pool was warm and very clean. The furniture around the pool was all clean and new and very comfortable. Every morning I took the kids for a swim while the parents got ready and it made our time from good to excellent. The Inn was conveniently located for us to enjoy our time in and around Rhode Island. The rooms were clean and comfortable. It's a great place to stay with kids. Or for adults that really enjoy a morning swim.

I would have liked for the staff to at least clean out the garbage each day. They explained that they only clean the rooms once a week which is fine but removing the garbage each day would have been a really big help.

The room was clean and very spacious. The only issue was that the fitted bed sheet kept coming off. That was a nuisance. But otherwise and that it was a very nice room and most importantly, clean.

We like Mom and Pop hotels. The Colonial looks to have been renovated. The room was clean, and for what we needed, it was fine. The gentleman when we checked out was accommodating. There is a decent bunch of books in the lobby! Also, they had coffee in the lobby in the morning, so I didn't have to go looking for a coffee place!

My guy thought the towels were too thin, but otherwise, he was happy.

What I liked the most about The Colonial Inn is how it was one of the cleanest hotels i have ever stayed at . Plan to stay again in the fall.
