Breakfast was good Location perfect for snowmobile trails

Ad shows pool, bar, hot tub. None of which were open, half the reason we booked. There were multiple dogs on the property of which it states no animals. There was hair all over a pillowcase which leads us to believe linens were not washed. Due to new ownership seems to be a one man operation. There were police officers on premises due to guest issues. Ice machine broke. Place has really gone downhill since new ownership.

I didn't like anything about it. The pool was closed and the hotel itself was dark. Kinda gave me the feeling of the shining.

I didn't like that there was absolutely no one else there. The hotel was dark the pool was closed. We didn't even stay I was so creeper out.

pool was out of order for the second time I stayed there also stayed last year and pool was broken then also our shower had no hot water but yet the sink did place needs some maintenance updates to say the least

We loved the large suite

The breakfast bar was very lacking, no coffee,no milk for cereal. No one to ask to get anything.

I ask for more coffee and gentlemen quickly made a new. He did not attempted to clean up breakfast area. Beds were comfortable

Breakfast area was not very well kept. All the coffee was out, breakfast cereal crushed all over the floor, no silverware, eggs on counter. NOT very appetizing at all. Full Laundry carts were in the hallway when I arrived in the evening. Laundry carts full of dirty sheets by the front desk area in the AM. No one at front desk anytime I was in the area. Customers had to ring the bell to get service. Not very eye appealing!

coffee was not good, tasted like water

The woman who greeted us was nice and was helpful in making our stay a pleasant one.

The rooms were nice they were Comfortable beds

The pool and hot tub is not working and that’s why we took the place in the first place for breakfast Was terrible it was the same thing every single day and the eggs tasted like they were reheated the rooms had some repair that needed to be done in them for example there was a smoke detector that was off the wall and there was a hole there and the dresser the top drawer and it was broken And there was a glitch with the keys that we used in at one point we weren’t even able to get back into our rooms unless we went to check back at the desk

The location was great for the event we were in town for

Ended up leaving a day early, spoke to the front desk said they couldn't discount any since we booked through booking.com. They credited other people we were with $46 for leaving early. Heard on the phone that you can bargain the price with them- please do so! I just told the front desk to not book our room until they unclogged the drain in the shower and sink- disgusting...

The pool was not open, which we were looking forward to. Temperatures were 60s and rainy not having the pool sucked.
