Beautiful bed and breakfast with spectacular views from each room. Close proximity to Oak Creek Village and some hiking trails and public golf course. Warm welcome upon checking in. Snacks and non alcoholic beverages available in small fridge complementary 24 hours. Breakfast was gourmet and delicious. Bed and rooms comfortable with nice bathroom amenities.

Oh goodness! We celebrated our wedding and honeymoon at this gorgeous bed and breakfast! It was wonderful and lovely from the moment we arrived!!! The room was lovely, there was a little welcome for us, snacks and drinks in the kitchen, and the BREAKFAST - OMG!! The sweet and helpful and kind angels who took care of us were also so greatly appreciated! We received t-shirts at the end! I mean it was literally PERFECT. I have never had that experience before! I was thinking about how we could live there forever :) AMAZING! Thank you so much!

location was great - just outside Sedona , peaceful . the place is beautiful with the stunning Mountain views. very delicious breakfast was included with a beautiful views. service was great too, we were given T-shirts as a gift from the property. we had an amazing time .

The location was great. It was near to all places. The breakfast and staff were outstanding. The scenery from the room was beautiful.

There wasn't one thing that we didn't like about our stay.

Breakfast was interesting and adequate, not your typical sweet baked goods b&b breakfadt. Location is awesome, could not have asked for better views. Inside very clean, lots of windows to capture the views. Nice little balcony. Air conditioning worked well, abundance of electrical and usb outlets. Lovely breakfast patio with views of red rocks. Very gracious and helpful staff.

I would have appreciated a ceiling fan in the room. The grounds were not kept up well. The outside decorative pots and fountains looked tacky to us, like they came from a thrift store. The leaves in the patio area were not swept up. Missed not having a swimming pool.

Location! The personalization and attention to detail. beautiful bed and breakfast and bang for your money with all they offer and how sweet the staff is. away from crowds and since it’s a bee and breakfast seems more personal. the views…are a reason to book alone.

Would say the bathrooms need a bit of updating, but I really appreciated the strong water flow and really hot water.

The location is amazing. What a tremendous place to soak up the beauty of Sedona.

I really enjoyed the bed and breakfast. I felt at home at the Penrose, the room was lovely with a balcony that looked out on the incredible red rock, the bed was comfortable, the shower had quite a lot of pressure, and the clock was also a phone charger! they also offered DVDs and a roku for the TV which i did not use. In the morning i was given a gourmet breakfast which was made to vegetarian for me. overall, i really enjoyed my stay as a solo traveler for one night and would definitely stay again at the penrose.
