Clean, great stuff, including the Pool,

The pillows are OK, on the king size R 4, but some are too inflated, kind of like an air inside, 1 more think the switch that illuminated the mirror on the wall is too bright it kind of disrupt the sleep, but I tried to cover it.

La piscine était super sympa. La chambre très propre et le service de ménage vraiment très efficient.

Die Lage recht nah am Strip. Es wirkt alles sehr schick. Direkt im Gebäude gibt es ein Frühstückscafe und den Pool. Es ist nicht so ein Labyrinth wie andere Casinos

Vorsicht: Preisfalle. Bei Ankunft wurde uns eröffnet, dass Buchungen über Booking immer im alten Flügel seien und wir auf ein renoviertes Zimmer für eine Zuzahlung upgraden könnten. Haben wir nicht gemacht und das Zimmer war zwar schick, aber überhaupt nicht in Schuss. Von einem vier-Sterne-Hotel erwarte ich, dass (auch in unrenovierten Zimmern) zumindest die Toilettenspülung ordentlich funktioniert. Im Nachhinein wurden weitere Gebühren abgebucht. Der Pool war zum entspannen ganz nett, allerdings ist es dort bei 38 Grad Außentemperatur nicht lang auszuhalten, da auf etwa 80 Liegen drei Sonnenschirme stehen. Man sitzt also in der prallen Sonne, außer man möchte zusätzlich für ein Daybed zahlen (100$). Wir haben bei Ankunft nach Late Checkout gefragt, da unser Flug abends ging. Es hieß, dass sei im Normalfall kein Problem für 50$, aber müsse an dem Tag entschieden werden. Als ich morgens höflich nachfragte, hieß es dann patzig, dass das grundsätzlich nicht ginge. Kundenfreundlich ist das jetzt nicht

El alojamiento se siente seguro, limpio y nuevo. Alejado del concepto masivo que manejan los hoteles ubicados en el strip.

Podrían ser un poco más comprensivos en las orientaciones y avisos para las familias que viajan con menores, la zona de camino no está señalizada y a veces es inevitable pasar por allí sin que tú pequeño quiera tocar alguna máquina

Clean. Small and much less hectic than other casinos. Didn’t mind being so far from the main strip. Good food choices and easy access to Monorail. The lobby was really nice and decorated tastefully. Rooms were clean and the bathrooms were a good size. The bath amenities were nice as were the towels and shower.

The pool area was super small and uninviting. Crowded. The walk to the monorail and to Lyft/ Uber areas was pretty messy and dirty. Hate that there are no coffee makers in the rooms and that coffee can not be ordered through room service. The air conditioning was loud and aimed directly at the one bed closest to it ( and the bathroom) so blasting cold air onto the bed made sleeping hard. When guests nearby exited their room the doors slam shut and are loud! Would like a book of hotel info and phone numbers / extensions in the room as well as a pen and notepad.

Large room. Great shower.

Could not figure out how to get the TV off the HDMI setting. It would not respond to the remote for that function

Keine Kaffeemaschine (sollte in der Preisklasse Standard sein), kleines Waschbecken in Nische vor der Dusche/WC schon sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig
