It was clean. Good breakfast. Excellent shower and tea tree shampoo!!
The ads showed a nice outdoor area with gas fire pit area. We went to sit there and there were smokers sitting around and gas fire pit was not lit. Door to our room had broken hinge, and sofa was ripped….

Nothing because neither I stayed in the hotel nor I got any reply from the hotel. But, they claimed me checked in and charged me full price.

the comfiest bed i’ve stayed in and the staff were very kind and alert when it came to people coming in and out of the door. hot breakfast is also included from 7-10AM on weekends! i felt very safe at the location as well as it is more hidden from the main road.

There was stuffy smell in the elevator, breakfast was OK but why using only dispensable dishes, we are way after Covid....

Team and location
Look like the place needs renovation. Room appliances are old and need renovation asap. No house keeping at all during the stay. For towels exchange you need to place a special request.

They clean the rooms once a week. The pullout bed was very uncomfortable- a thin mattress and they didn’t even make it up for us, just gave us the sheets and pillows so we can do it ourselves :(

I did not like smell of the carpet and the floor was sticky may be because it was not cleaned properly. Two washing machines were out of order. my money was swallowed by machines for two times.

Laussianne at the front desk was absolutely wonderful at accommodating special needs. All the staff were super nice and the room was spotless.
For this location I think the price is a bit high. I would have stayed longer and spent more if it were less. Otherwise it was a good experience.

The room was extremely spacious. I was surprised to have a kitchenette, living room, desk and a king sized bed. The unit was also very clean. The staff was extremely friendly. I didn't notice until my last night the outdoor area for hanging out and enjoying the weather. I try to be eco friendly and, since I was there for a week, I really liked the option of designating whether I wanted my room cleaned or not - and that the trash cans provided separate containers for trash and for recycling.
I couldn't open my windows - the handles were taken off and there were signs saying I couldn't open the windows. I think it was a security risk because outside my window, was the roof of another structure with the A/C units on top. But I also couldn't change my room to a higher floor.

kitchen is not stocked. other than salt and pepper, no other spices at all. there are 2 very old cooking pans and a baking dish. so you barely can cook and front desk said they don’t have a thing either.

Some guest are demonstrate zero courtesy with dogs, small kids running the halls etc.
