The room was well planned. Spacious.
Previous pet odor. My dog is well trained and I was worried he would smell dog pee and pee. We used essential oil and that helped the smell.

We liked the location and the breakfast. The staff were really friendly.
We had a dog and loved that we were in the last room on the first floor but didnt like it that the exit door next to our room wasnt assessable from the outside. We could take our dog out the door but had to go to the front entrance to get back in. The bathroom door was about 1/2 inch from the toilet.

Nice room, comfy beds. Breakfast was amazing with a huge selection
Front desk staff was having a beer party when we arrived. 6 people having a bar type conversation at the front desk, chairs pulled up, beer cases in the counter, profanity galore Most unprofessional awkward check in process I've ever experienced. There was pool furniture in the pool, a big POOP in the corner of the pool room, my room had a dirty diaper in the room upon entry, carpets needed a vacuuming. Worst hotel experience ever and all I was offered was 20 percent of my next stay.

Good pool and large room
We left something in the room and called about 1/2 hour later but the staff member refused to go up to the room or send someone up to check (instead saying he’d rather wait to see if anyone brought it down)

Had a handicap room. Spacious bathroom. Loved the pet friendly atmosphere.
Again had handicap room. Rest of room was very cramped. Not enough towels for 4 adults. Shower curtain too short . . . Water splashes all over.

excellent breakfast, very good selection of foods and drinks, grandkids even ate more than their share! We showed up
on Thursday nite, and the hotel hate a complementary dinner for use, which included a free beverage of beer, two free
meals, that we used our extra money to spend on other needs.

Hotel was clean. Continental breakfast was good.
My reservation said I had to pay 276. My receipt I got at check out was 377. And my bank account said the hotel pulled out 453 dollars. And 2 different confirmation numbers. I am very disappointed in my stay and want my money back for the price I wasnt supposed to pay. And now hotel isn't doing anything to fix it. Didnt have pool towels. Or enough towels for the rooms.

They can use some insulation around the AC units. The winds were high and whistled non stop throughout the night.. very annoying.
