I liked the pool options and the hotel was well kept.

Breakfast was one of the reasons we choose to stay at this particular place. however, the only option was muffins and juice. There was no fruit, milk, or cold cereal.

The slides weren't to fast for kids

The chlorine was strong in the hot tub it was burning our eyes.

trash in bags left in the hallway by my door and other places/trash was from previous occupants and sat there overnight and was still there when I left

Good breakfast, good location

The location was near the freeway. We were on a long trip and the stop was near restaurants with many choices.

Cleaning service missed an area in the bathroom and hallway near the elevator was littered.

It is a good facility, and I would recommend it with a warning about the dicey management style at the front desk. SEE BELOW.

The hotel has some management issues. When I arrived, they couldn't find my reservation because it had been entered improperly in their computer. Beyond that, I had requested an ADA room, and that request had been acknowledged through booking.com. However, somehow that ADA room reservation had been changed to a regular double-queen room. Of course, I made an issue of it, and the desk clerk tried to deflect responsibility for the change because someone else had made the change. Sorry, that doesn't cut it, and I told him so. Then the dest clerk tried to suggest that since I made the reservation through a "third party," referring to booking.com, of course, that they couldn't be held responsible for the error. Again, I made it plain that was not an adequate explanation. Then he tried to tell me that I should have called the hotel direct. Again, deflecting responsibility was the name of his game. The hotel manager appeared, heard a bit of what was going down, and immediately said, "Give him the ADA room." That was the right answer to begin with, of course, and at no point was any plausible explanation given for having altered my reservation. I'd also think booking.com might be a bit uncomfortable that hotel guest should be scolded for having booked through a "third party."

The staff was kind and helpful.

The room. Walk in the 1st thing u see is the chipped up floor between tile and rug. The furniture was also chipped up and looked trashy. I was very disappointed. I brought my grandson there for his bday that's what he wanted. I had to save up for it and this is what i got. Very sad room.

We did not eat.. there was a bus load of kids and no place to sit

We have 6 in our family - the fold out couch was horrid. they ended up sleeping on the floor

I liked the size of the rooms and the ktchenette

the pools were small and cold but my grandsons loved it.
