Location was convenient for our trip.

The enttance to hotel had peeling & cracked paint on columns. Front desk person not friendly. Gave us a room that smelled like a bar full of cigarette smell. 2nd room ok, but bedskirt was torn & fraying all over. Didn't sleep because mattress was too soft & a/c would get cold, then warm. The eating area for breakfast was dirty even though few people. No meat unless you ate sausage gravy. Bestbthing was waffles. Coffee cold. This was our 1st time at Baymont & won't go back.

The staff was rude. When we arrived after driving almost 6 hours they had given our room to someone else, I had called in advance to tell them we were goin to be late checking in ( 1-2 am ) We ended up with a smaller room.

I liked how the hotel was just down the road from the arena we were showing at.

The rooms were dirty and outdated. The night staff was not helpful.

Surprisingly exceeded my expectations. Building is a little out dated and older, but expected for the price. Newer modern furniture. Room was very clean. Didn't see one hair in the bathroom. 2nd time staying here and both times very clean and quiet.

Maybe outside at bottom of stairs, the trash cans were over flowing and trash on the ground. Very minimal complaint. Overall great

It was in a great place and the room was clean.

The beds are very firm. Like hard firm. A softer mattress would have great. We did not sleep well at all.

Close to good restaurants shopping and other stores that you may need.

Loved the property very clean and kept up amazing as well as the rooms was clean and was checked on daily to make sure we didn’t need anything and when we did the staff was on top of it quick.. The only thing that would made it better was if it had a better view of something the scenery isn’t that good but the experience being stress free the rooms being nice and clean as well as the staff being amazing especially the girl that worked up front I think her name was “Starr” made up for that for sure she was definitely very nice and sweet and helped every way she could with no issues and made sure to take care of every and all needs that was needed. She definitely deserves a raise or a nice steak dinner actually she deserves BOTH in my opinion.

it is at the halfway mark for our drive to florida/michigan was looking for a decent hotel pet friendly

mattresses hard/ very noisy from mechanicals of adjoining rooms and you can hear everything from doors opening and closing. shower area could use help…peeling paint and such

nothing. the clerk was high and asked for money

they charge a $250 deposit. that’s absolutely ridiculous. after we said no and tried to cancel the reservation, the clerk said she’d “scratch her back if we scratched hers” and offered to waive the deposit if we paid her $30.
