Not secure did not feel safe hallways had random stuff in them

Food was pretty much gone by 9:00

I requested the air conditioner be turned on-the cover hadn’t been taken off yet. Was told they’d get right to it. No one came. Called again and said we were elderly and would get sick with room so warm. Was told we would be a priority. No one came. Finally figured out how to open the window which cooled it down but did not feel safe with it open. Then to top it off we left at noon and came back at 8:30 or so the air conditioner STILL had not been taken off. Very disappointing.

Breakfast was amazing, The dayshift front worker was amazing with helping us i cant remember her name but skinny blonde! She listened to our concerns and took action! The guy serving breakfast deserves a pat on the back!

Pool could of been cleaner

the parking lot is in need of repaying. The lot at the back feels like a place for garbage bins to be kept. I find it quite dark, hallways and rooms. Neefs some paint to brighten up.

The staff was very helpful and very kind to use I well go back to this hotel again I stayed 4 nights

The room has bed bugs and of course you get the run around and the desk clerk was of no help

the location was decent enough, the black out curtains were nice, and the front desk attendant was nice.

the property is falling apart and should not be operating right now with the level of high security issues with the broken doors, mildew filled rooms, the ripped floors/wallpaper, uneven floors in the hallways without indicating such so we can trip and fall easily, sharp metal pieces are sticking out with the broken door that can cause injury and infections. Not a kid friendly location with the amount of rundown this motel has seen throughout the years. I highly recommend that this place shut down for needed renovations

Parts of property looked out dated and over used.
