Staff was nice and accommodating in the beginning but this stay went horribly wrong. I paid $254 only to be chased out by cockroaches. The owner apologized and said she would not have given me the room had she known but no part of the cost was refunded because she said that could only come from the booking agency. I don't know if that's true. I think its horrible business either way. I haven't spoken with anyone at Booking.com yet.

Huge cockroach inside the shower and another in the main room (i have photos). No Maintenance. The owner killed them with a broom as I stood there in a towel after jumping out of the shower. I got dressed and left immediately. The excuse was that the room next door was being worked on and that probably pushed them into my room. Absolutely no offset was offered because my booking was through a third party (Booking.com). Staff had been very accommodating up to that point but this was unacceptable. I'd love to hear from Booking.com

The location was nice

It needs some work done to the inside and it wasn’t so clean

The room I stay in did not have a musty or mold smell

The microwave was not clean the door jam was not clean the bathroom cabinets someone left there personal hygiene bag the a/c need to must colder the room need to be dust

Excellent staff. The room, towels and bedsheets were very clean and fresh. Nicely decorated and sound proof.

Low water pressure in shower, no hot water only like warm. Beds sink in. Bed bites(bed bugs)
