What we liked about the property the most is the location and the free breakfast in the morning.

What we did not like about the property was the beds was not that comfortable at all. Also, someone had the alarm clock set incredibly early so it went off and I had to fight with the clock half asleep trying to get it turned off.

The bed was comfortable .

I kept finding bugs. Have no idea what kind of bugs they were . Also, when I put the toilet seat down, there was hair on the back of the toilet. And the air conditioning kept freezing up. Also when we walked in we were not greeted we had to speak first and it seemed like they did not want to speak to us. There were two people a man and a young lady the young lady spoke but the man did not.

tv didn't work and although the very pleasant staff tried to fix it it didn't get done. Shower curtain was torn as if it got stuck in the washer mechanism.

The housekeepers come around 9:00am when check out is 11am. Me & my partner was watching tv and a housekeeper walked right in & did not even knock on the door.

I liked the fact I had a place to sleep and could shower. That's it really.

I didn't like the unfriendly staff that checked you in and out, the shower curtain & rod were both barely hanging on, the toilet was so low you felt like you were falling to the floor, the VERY uncomfortable bed, the broken tiles on the floors, getting stuck in the elevator and then it not working after we were able to get out, the unorganized breakfast, you didn't know wear anything was and it just didn't flow well. I will say, it fit our overnight stay, but it is definitely not a family stay or a five star stay. I most likely won't stay here again. I would rather spend the extra money and stay at a nicer place.

Good location, friendly and helpful young lady at checkin.

Over all cleanliness in entry and wall ways could be improved. Bathroom needs painting, especially above baseboards and shower.
