We had my son's first bday party ladie at the desk got a room for me for same price when my reservation wasn't ready that was awesome and the guy that works in the breakfast area in the morning needs a raise he was awesome helped me out so much and was really respectful awsome guy

Stayed for a week, was nice to see something different for breakfast most mornings with good selections and quick restocking when something ran out. Stacey, the breakfast room attendant, was outstanding! We looked forward to his cheerful greeting each morning!

I liked the good strong flow of the shower, but the drain was slow to keep up with it.

1.The breakfast was great with a minor inconvenience, my kids love muffins however one of them is allergic to nuts and you guys have your muffins no out of the bag touching, the chocolate chip muffin touches the chocolate chocolate chip muffin that touches the banana nut muffin, so when a kid with a peanut allergy who loves muffins sees that there are muffins they are going to want muffins, and the same for an adult. By having them all touch without little bags separating them you run the risk of a child with peanut allergies being exposed to them. 2. I was at the hotel from Thursday to Sunday housekeeping never came. But Sunday the day we check out at 8:00 in the morning which I'm pretty sure is when they're shift begins, that was when a housekeeper showed up. So all that time no vacuuming, no refreshing the bathrooms unless you go and ask the front desk for some towels or if you see housekeeper down the hall you ask them for some and if you could possibly throw your garbage out in their carts. So we went on vacation if we consistently had to ask someone for fresh towels, or if we could throw our garbage away that's not really vacating. And while it is a minor inconvenience the point remains in the end I spent over $600 for this room where everything should have been covered, but the reality of the situation was that it was basically just like staying at home if I'm going to be honest which I could have done and not paid $600. On top of that we felt like when we're being rushed out. No housekeeping the whole time we are here but the day we were leaving all of a sudden there was a sense of urgency to clean the room? It made us feel like you where in a rush to have us leave

The breakfast was very nice. It was kept clean and full.

We were giving a handicap room for deaf and the noise was terrible. I had booked a room with 2 beds but a king was ok if we didn’t have all the noise from the shower above our room at 6:30 and 1:30 am

The free breakfast was enjoyable and the young man serving was very good. Most of the staff was very nice.

The hotel has pictures of a hot tub, but it's walled off . We got a jacuzzi tub room, but there was no instructions on how to use the tub, so we waited until the next morning to ask, so we lost out on a night of relaxation since there was also no hot tub available. There are multiple switches in the room that do nothing. No vent in the bathroom. The light over the jacuzzi didn't work. The TV in the sitting room doesn't turn far enough to enjoy a show while relaxing in the tub. And i saved the best for last, NONE of the curtains close! So you get no privacy or blocking sunlight.

Every single Staff member we talked to or was passing in the halls was exceptionally nice. It was so refreshing, everyone was helpful and kind.

Fan in 2 queen room hardly worked. Both rooms the alarm clocks were set funny and would alarm at very random times. No way to unplug and to unset the alarm was complicated especially at 2am, 3am ect.

The front desk personal, they were not friendly at all. I’m addition, I wish I would have known that the rooms were not possible at all to be close instead of letting me check the box to be close and. it explained that is was not possible all all due to a king vs 2queen beds room.

The jacuzzi felt amazing on my back it was the perfect way to end a long day.

You can hear people walking and talking in the hallways outside the room.
