Facility was beautiful as was the room and decor. Very spacious and the kitchen was great.

Bed not comfortable. Slept in a sinkhole. Room was suppose to be for 3 or 4. Attempted to use fold out couch and my son could feel every spring. Had to sleep on the floor.

Great location, walkable to shopping/restaurant area but quiet & private. Had gas fireplace & patio overlooking river (creek). Bed was very comfortable & unit spacious for two guests.

The door configuration bedroom/bath/closet was crowded, but you can’t change that. Was missing a couple of lightbulbs but not a big deal & I never contacted office for replacement.

We thought the room was great and the amenities were perfect!

When I saw pictures, it showed a hammock, but when we got there, we did not see any hammock! I was looking forward to laying in the hammock during the cooler times of the day.

The condo was clean and beautifully decorated, lots of space with everything we needed, the outside was quiet and beautiful. It felt isolated but was just a short walk to everything. It was all so comfortable. We will be staying here on every trip to Ruidoso.

Spent two days here out of a two week driving vacation. It was the perfect place to relax after hiking around the town and a couple of walking trails. Very Convenient - Only 1 block off the main street shopping venue. Everything in the condo was nice and clean. As a caffeine addict, it was nice to have a working coffee pot instead of the standard Keurig machine. Peaceful courtyard with benches, deer statues, and a fountain all surrounded by the bounty of God's beautiful mountains. I highly recommend it if you're looking for more than just a place to sleep in a noisy hotel room.

The location is key. Walkable to everything in Midtown and very beautiful along the River.

Things that could be improved include the decor, mattresses, towels were extremely old, they encourage use of grills but didn’t have grill utensils, the plates and silverware were dirty and condo didn’t have basic things like hand soap or blankets

The location is extremely convenient to everything and makes it so easy to walk to town. The facility and amenities are great.

For such a great place, we ran out of "hot" water when showering. This happened to myself, husband and family. We rented a two bedroom unit.

Minor functionality flaw. The towel bar was too small to hang two towels, and there wasn't another bar or wall hook to hang a second towel.

location is perfect. Next time I would stay in the building with the elevator and the view of the city/river. Our view was nice of the greenbelt in the center of the facility, and I loved that we were on the ground floor since i was traveling with my 92 year old mother.

the condo needs more seating in the family room. 6 people can sleep there, but only 4 can sit in the family room comfortably. we had 4 adults and 1 child and the family room has only a couch and chair, so one of us had to sit at the kitchen table to watch tv or visit.
