The cabins are quiet with a nice outlook.

Location was okay and within walking distance to coffee shop or restaurant. I liked the fact that there was no checking in at reception with the digicode they sent the day before.

There was no wifi or TV service. I called reception and they responded they were aware of the problem and it had been going on for 3 or 4 days. They did not inform me about it prior to my arrival and did not offer any compensation either. I responded to an email , probably from office , asking me if I had settled in okay and I responded and mentioned the no wifi issue. So far they haven t reached back to me. Bed was really uncomfortable and cleaning in the room was far from perfect. It was dusty and there were spider webs in the bathroom. The window could not be open due to the fact that the fly screen was not intact and broken at the bottom.

It was cute, in the center of the town of Tropic and only 5 miles for the entrance of Bryce Canyon NP.

There was a faint sewer smell anytime we turned the water on or took a shower. The coffee amenities were limited and no cream.

The TV was kind of sketchy

The owner and manager met us at the establishment and explained we had been moved from the cabins to Happy Trails West, a BnB style accommodation, due to overbooking. In hindsight, this establishment is better than the log cabins due to the private balcony, lovely grounds and views of Bryce Canyon and the excellent. breakfast.

It would have been good to know in advance that we were not being located in cabins and moved to the BnB style accommodation. Having daily servicing of the room would have been good.

Location and water pressure.

The cabin has an awful smell!! It was very pungent and nauseating. it smelled like too much cleaner was used or spilled on the carpet. The carpet is very stained and gross. There were no tissues or extra toilet paper. The shower curtain was very used, very smelly and disgusting! The price was too high for what we got!

The cabins are easy to find, spacious and an easy walk to services in the small town.

For such a spacious cabin there is very little shelf or drawer space to put anything in the bedroom ir the bathroom. There are plenty of pillows but they are all too bulky for people who prefer low profile pillows.

Easy check-in...nice clean room.

Muddy driveway...limited rug at doorway so easy to track mud into room.

The location is 20 minutes from Bryce and close to food and other activities. It’s also lovely that you can walk outside and see the beautiful scenery.

Blinds didn’t work properly.

The location is so great! It is just a short drive from Bryce Canyon. A couple of restaurants to choose from just across the road.

The smell and cleanliness of the room. It had such a strong smell of perfume and the bed aheetz did not look very clean with strings of hair on the blankets when we arrived.

These log cabins are a welcome alternative to the usual hotels. The equipment is relatively simple, but they shine with charm. Good overnight accommodation for the visit of Bryce Canyon.

The two chairs were a bit unstable and plumb.

Cabin was nicely decorated and super quiet.

Wi-fi was spotty and didn't work the majority of our stay.

The property is well kept, comfortable and in a great location for Bryce Canyon and Kodachrome.

The only thing I can think of is to provide a larger trash can and tissues.

Convenient location, spacious room and friendly staff.

We arrived at 3pm but no one was in the office giving me the password to the room. The staff told me they had sent me an email regarding check-in, but I didn’t until I called them. Also, the Wi-Fi didn’t work until 6 or 7pm, and I can’t say it was “fast.”

The cabin and location was excellent

The parking lot was more dirt than gravel. The issue was it was wet I we tracked the mad into the room. Could not set anything drop on the ground during the loading process. This was my only issue with the complex

Good location, clean and tidy as stated. The heating unit in our cabin stopped working on our last night. We had a quick call to Drew (at the number provided), had an immediate response and a prompt solution. The heating unit could not be repaired but two space heaters worked very well to heat the cabin.

Suggest some drawers (for clothing etc) and hooks (for jackets).

The cabin was really cute and rustic, close to the park and a nice coffee shop.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable and there were a lot of cobwebs

I loved this cabin. it was very clean, very nice, and very cozy. it’s only about 10 minutes from bryce canyon, which was the purpose of our trip so I also loved the location. There is also a smart tv in the cabin so you can stream anything you want and watch tv. since we went in the winter, the town itself was pretty dead, but there is a pizza place, grocery store, and awesome gas station/souvenir shop across the street that you can get anything you need.

Had coffee pot but no styrofoam cups.☹️Not much in town for dining open. We at at idk barbecue which was great!!
