Rooms were clean bed was super comfy and room smelled good.

Staff always pleasant and accommodating. (We stay here often when visiting our kids.) Not fancy, but the rooms are clean and beds comfortable. Good wifi. Very close to restaurants and shopping.

Rant on: The room's climate control system is not user-friendly. The remote control is confusing, and there are no instructions (that I could locate in the room). It works for the most part, but when you wake up in the middle of the night and need to adjust the temperature, but you can't locate the remote, it's problematic. There really needs to be a conventionally mounted thermostat on the wall.

The location was alright.

The heat did not work. There was hair in the tub. The water leaked in the tub.

Nothing at all my reservation was cancelled without us knowing

The fact that I was charged because they said they thought we were not coming and cancelled my reservation

did not stay. there was a man asleep on the lobby couch that had been roaming the parking lot. there was no one at the desk and we left. we were very uncomfortable

No heat in room, room almost caught fire from behind the smoke detector. Got blamed for smoking in a room and I don't even smoke was charged for it still moved rooms after the fire incident in the first room only to move to the second room where there was no heat in there all either was given a space heater that didn't hardly work at 2:00 in the morning all the power went out in the first room after the fire instead of being compensated and getting a free room after almost catching fire and no heat in both rooms was told that they would give me a $20 compensation instead of just making me have a free room like any other hotel would have done this is crap out my card was charged twice and my money was never returned then the manager called me and accused me of smoking in the room and then brought up a previous stay not pertaining to this day when me and my family stay before and said that we owed her $10 from the previous stay which clearly had nothing to do with the stay that we had just stayed at then when I said that I was very tired within the middle of the night because I had to move that I should have left the hotel if I wasn't happy about the room catching fire and being safe this property is a joke half the rooms wasn't even clean in it so when they did move us rooms the worker that was working at the desk said that he had to clean the room because they didn't have any rooms clean and there was barely anyone there the hallways was dirty there was still dirt on the floor in our room and it smelled like marijuana in the hallways which came into our room and we were blamed for it yet and still there were people hanging out in the hallway being very loud in the middle of the night I'll never stay there again the staff was even rude with booking when they called to confront them about it and hung up in their face and also hung up in my wife's face I think I'll just be getting my lawyer involved that hotel is a hazard.
