The room was very nice and clean but that's about the only thing that I liked about the hotel. I stayed here once before when it first became the Best Western and it was way way better

The staff member that checked me in lied about the restaurant saying that it would be open at about 6:00 p.m. but it didn't open that day at all. The check-in process was also pretty long. At one point I had what I believe was the maintenance guy follow me halfway to my room and whisper in my ear that he wanted me to call the front desk to have them shut a certain door saying that they wouldn't listen to him. This really creeped me out and I almost left the hotel asking for my money back because of it. There was absolutely no water in the room that had a bunch of drinks and snacks so I only had to rely on unhealthy sugary drinks. The breakfast food was really dry as well. I also could not figure out for 4 hours how to set up my PlayStation on the TV because the controller would not work properly. Also had people rattling and shaking doors next to my room very loudly and jumping up and down a lot which kept me awake until almost 1:00 in the morning. I would not stay here again even if I was paid to do so

Breakfast was great. The location was easy to reach. The beds and pillows were very comfortable.

The shower faucet was so loose I felt like it was going to fall off. That made it difficult to turn the water on and off. The toilet seat was loose. The bed sheet had other people's hair on it still.

first it’s not listed on GPS yet, so finding difficult late a night. then our room was exposed to the railroad. and they hooked and uncoupled cars all night. so when hooked together, the noise was massive and powerful enough vibrate our room. All Night!

Breakfast was excellent. Great location. Minimal noise from trains and interstate traffic.
