Good rooms, no complaints, but the service and staff are terrible.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL, very poor service, the staff is not trained.,behave arrogantly.I'll start in order, my wife and I decided to stay for one night, I paid all fees and taxes through the booking site, it turned out to be $ 2000 per night.When we arrived, we were met by a smiling guy, asked for an ID and a credit card, while not saying that we had to pay a deposit of $ 500 on the booking site, this information was also not there. When I went to my account, I was shocked.Then it turned out that they have paid Parking on the territory. This is a 5-star hotel and a paid parking of $45. It turned out later. They didn't tell me about it, I accidentally asked, after that I raised a scandal and called the manager to settle the scandal, they gave us free parking and immediately returned the deposit. The story does not end there. When we checked out at 11:00 the next day and went to the reception. They made us pay a resort fee of about 69$, note this is in addition to the amount that I already paid including all fees and taxes, they said some kind of resort fee that is not included in basic payment on the booking site. Don't go to this hotel if you don't want to ruin your holiday. They will try their best to deceive you

Beautiful property and easy access to beach with complimentary services from the resort (beach chair, umbrella and toys!) We stayed in the three bedroom villa for a family of 6 adults and 2 toddlers, it was extremely spacious and comfortable! We loved everything about our stay and the staff were absolutely wonderful

The resort was amazing from the moment we set foot. The initial view was breath-taking. The rooms/ suite was extremely spacious (family of 5) and extremely quiet! The balcony looking out to the ocean was absolutely wonderful. Every night they had a live musician playing soothing music out by the pool area. Everyone was extremely friendly and willing to help. After a visit to the more touristy areas, we realized how lucky we were to have a quiet sanctuary like this resort to come back to. The Valet service and Concierge were absolutely amazing and helpful at all time. This is an amazing place to go for a couple or the entire family. The Montage guests are provided with a complimentary umbrella and chairs down by the beach, The beach was a little busy, but still plenty of room for a family. I would recommend this location to anyone!

The restaurant's menu seemed a little limited. We were able to get door dash from local restaurants which completely solved this problem. The resort even brought the food directly to our room! Although the restaurant's food wasn't to our preference, I would recommend trying it.

Everything was great. Condo was large with a great view. Service by valets and concierge was top notch.

For the prices they are now charging my expectations were set very high and the shortage of staff was apparent! Usually they know everyone by name and service is above par, although I know in times of Covid there are challenges the prices they are charging should reflect quality of service! Cabanas were not attended to like In the past and service at the restaurant was far below the usual service we have expected in the past! Children at the pool were unsupervised and jumping and cannonballs off the rocks and no one cared that the guests were annoyed where in the past it would be addressed right away
