The bed was comfortable.

Upon arrival the hotel didn't have the room I had booked (2 queen beds). The effort to convert the reservation to a king bed was a total fail on both ends. The agent for Booking.com was barely able to speak English which contributed to the difficulties. The hotel clerk had trouble converting the reservation from two queen bed to a king bed. The end result of this fiasco was that I had to pay for a new room because of these failures. The episode took an hour and twenty minutes to finally get checked in.

Trey - General Manager was AMAZING! He worked tirelessly to ensure the customers' stay and experience was nothing less than exceptional! I wish there were others in the Hospitality Industry who cared about the customers' experience.

the property was easy to find. there was construction going on beside the hotel but wasn’t a issue.

the parking lot wasn’t big but it was manageable.
