The hotel was amazing, the ballrooms were big, and the restaurant was pretty The front staff was nice and even though I was not informed of the deposit they were nice about explaining it so I understood that I would get it back as soon as I checked out or by 3 days later

The bathroom door was cute but it was not suitable for number 2 situations lolll sorry but it is true.

location was perfect. short walk into town and restaurants. Will stay there again.

we were able to walk to everything which we knew that's why we stayed there. We stay there several times in the past. 

it's becoming dated. Still a stunning lobby, but the carpeting needs to be changed out. Kind of worn out items like luggage carts.

The room was already very worn, old fashioned and noisy when you opened the window.

The breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly and very courteous.

The hotel lobby was freezing and too cold, especially during the winter months. The hotel lobby could have been warmer. Also, there was no refrigerator in the room, and our room was a little chilly. Maintenance was nice to bring a heater and we received an extra blanket.
