Die Lage!
Extrem hellhörig von den oberen Etagen nach unten und dauerhaft laufende Wärmepumpe vor Schlafzimmer, sowie Kinder - ziemlich rücksichtsloser Krach an den Pools von unbeaufsichtigten Kindern, oder Eltern denen der Krach für andere egal war!

Really pretty gardens with two pools and more water features than you can imagine. Fantastic location one block from the beach. Clean, newly refurbished rooms, with thoughtful facilities such as beach chairs and towels included and good kitchenette facilities. Most rooms have some private or semi private outdoor space, but my room's terrace wasn't nearly as good as a lot of the others.. Staff are really friendly.
My room had a lot of the air-conditioning units from other rooms directly outside, so it was a bit noisy at night, but this wouldn't affect most of the rooms. the terraces on the smaller rooms aren't brilliant, friends were staying in bigger rooms and their semiprivate outdoor space was lovely.

Loved the location, size of the villa. The full kitchen was fantastic.
The mattress on the sofa bed needs to be changed in villa 6. The lounge chairs at the pool that are in the sand are way too low to get in and out of comfortably.

The property is distinctive in it's layout and vegetation. The staff were very helpful and the location fabulous. Easy walk to the main strip and the beach.
The verbiage or descriptors of the rooms is confusing. Booking.com and the property use different terms which made check in a little confusing.

great location for beach, restaurants and shopping. room had everything for our needs. staff very pleasant. on-site parking at no charge. full refrigerator, stove ,microwave. tv in both bedroom and living room. small private rear patio. new bathroom
no bathtub . pool a little small for laps, but delightful and hedged in for privacy

The room was very clean spacious and had everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. The property with two private pools was secluded from everything else which was really nice. Access to the beach great and in a great location right off of Atlantic Avenue

The young man who manages the office was fabulous, HE WAS KIND, THOUGHTFUL AND ACCOMADATING.
I loved the tropical vib!!! Love the nespresso machine. Nice clean bathrooms!! Comfy bed and nice linens. Place is adorable and relaxing.
Being picky....have to look hard to be disappointed.
Tall palm trees blocked sun on pool area. In our room some furniture was a little beat. An updated decor might be due soon.
Daily cleaning could have been a little deeper.

The pool was only warm the first day. They should cover the pool at night. it would have been good to have a comfortable couch or chair in room there was only two hard chairs.

Every facet was positive. Adorable layouts two pools and a very lowkey vibe. Lush plantings, quiet ,pristine. Experience was delightful. Next time it will be longer!
