Hruday and Rhom were amazing, as well as the rest of the staff, were very pleasant, accommodating, and went above and beyond to make my family and our service animals comfortable.

It has a small parking lot up front, and Hampton Inn owns the parking beside it. But, found some parking for our U-Haul and towed car in the back. It was safe there, but we had no access to the indoors from that side. Thankfully, we were on the first floor, but disabled persons with second story rooms have no access to elevators and a single set of stairs in the lobby.

price was good and was in the desired area.

was in a state of uncleanliness and disrepair. there were some shady individuals out in front of the entrance smoking until quite late. my kids room had blood splatter in the floor and one of the beds had bloodstained cover.

Did not see any breakfast, but coffee in room a plus. Used the refrigerator and glad it was there. Shower curtain really soiled (I was in room 105)

used to be a smoking hotel and you can still smell that in the rooms. But the windows opened so the fresh air helped. not walkable to anything nice but easy on-easy off by the freeway.

The room wasn't very clean and the hallway smelled very bad. Animals (dogs) staying there and the urine smell very strong. Will never stay at Red Roof again.

The bed was comfortable, good water pressure in the shower.

Extremely overpriced and nothing about it made up for the cost. It didn't seem very safe based on the lack of security on the property itself. There were 2 police cars in front when we got back after the wedding we attended which just had to make us wonder.

Blankets and sheets had cigarette burns in them, behind the beds were filthy, lamp shade had multiple stains and the chair had multiple holes in it.

This was the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. We had to end our stay early and go to another hotel

The bed was comfortable. The room had a mini fridge and microwave.

The furniture was very worn out. There was water damage on the ceiling, the tissue holder was broken, the phone did not work, the coffee maker did not work, the television remote was missing, the stairwell and hall were dirty.

This hotel is supposed to be a smoke free zone, and there are guests smoking outside of the front door and in the parking lot already. After we check in, I check the bed sheet, there are fresh blood stains on both beds. I left the hotel immediately and never look back. How in the world can this hotel still in business and Booking.com is supporting them. It is unbelievable. I would never go to this hotel ever again or recommend anyone to go there. This is the worst hotel I have ever been to.

The room smells smoke and fresh blood stains in the bed sheets. It could be other issue but I don't want to find out. The carpet floor is dirty. Whoever change the bed sheet must see the blood stains, but they refused to do anything, and just cover the bed with another sheet. And they are still in business it is a mysterious.

The front desk was kind and accommodating.

1. Though the hotel is advertised as non-smoking, there was so much smoke odor that we had to buy an air freshener. 2. The walls were so thin, we could hear people walking and talking above us at 3 AM 3. Every time we tried to re-enter the room, the magnetic key did not work and we had to go to the front desk to have it fixed 4. The place seemed to be housing full-time residents, who were not the typical tourists/business people one might expect at a place that costs $200 a night. 5. While we were in the lobby, two couples were trying to get their money back after discovering BLOOD on the sheets and in the bathrooms of their rooms.

it smelled like microwaved broccoli and weed. it was seriously nasty. the bolt lock on the door was broken like someone kicked down the door. it was the nastiest smelling place. the entire hotel. not just my room.

Clientele yelled in halls and stayed up all night. My bed smelled like body odor, therefore the sheets hadn't been changed. Advertised breakfast, but had none due to Covid...those restrictions have been lifted long ago. Did not feel safe there.
