Loved all there Is to do there! It was a great place to spend a couple of days. It was very comfortable

Cost of golf cart rental is very high

Nice size room, beautiful landscaping, restaurants on premesis, lovely balcony view

Beds are very hard! Shower floor tile uncomfortable on feet, restaurants on site are overpriced for the food that is served

The place was beautiful.

The bed was not as comfortable as it should have been for the money. I had to change my day because we were running ahead, the place did accommodate me but the price I had to pay extra was to much.

How you are made to unload outsude the curb then move your car to a parking lot and no luggage carts available for use. That was at both check in and out. Need to update the golf cart system that takes ppl to and from their cars.

Restaurant staff needs to be more friendly and hospitable..no warm smile from the omelette preparer …cold personality.

well it was Christmas Time and there wasn’t really a place to eat there…. didn’t know ahead of time you have to have either reservations or and not enough food to eat….by the time we found out there was no space for us…. and another restaurant close by the power went out…. had to go to a gas station for snacks……. for the money spent on a room have food for all guest and allow walk ins and 86 reservations on Christmas

The food at the restaurants were pretty good.

Not much to do, the light show was not included in our booking.com rate, it should have been. We ventured out for two days out of the 5 days we spent there and stayed in our room for the remaining five days because there was literally nothing else for us to do at the resort or in the surrounding area. The vacation was just okay, we probably would not go here again.

I was able to still cook a holiday dinner while being away from home

There was a 4 pm checkin , wouldn’t like us checking in any earlier… the checkin process took us 50 minutes because everyone tried to checkin at 4 to be able to attend / enjoy the fantasy of light activities… was a colossal mess

I did enjoy the area; however, the cottages were a disappointment at a rate of $461.00 per night. I was expecting a 4-star property, but it was nowhere near that.

Cracked tile in bathroom, short, round bowl toilet, cottage felt dated and not so well kept as far as the grounds. It was peaceful and quiet.

The staff was not very informative about the Checking-in methods of the villas. When I first arrived I told them that I was moving over to the villas and anyway it was not the right information. Stayed in the lodge for two days and then transferred over to the villas. Had quite an experience. We were in a hurry to check in and it cost us about 45 minutes and we didn't have that to spare at the time. We drove around in the villas trying to find check-in. Anyway, all was good. Commendations were outstanding. Then during check-out procedures, I ended up calling the lodge from the villas 4 times before I got someone to answer the phone. The phone would transfer me but it would ring and ring and then cut me off. No one answered at the front desk to check out or I tried various ring methods. That were the instructions that we received. (To call the hotel to check out from the villas. ) Lots of construction going on and very noisy. Just glad it was my last day because it was very disturbing. It was down the hall but moved into our area on the last day. Congestion in the hallways. But, It will make for better accommodations. Our room must have been already done. Very nice.

Didn't get things that were stated in the pricing.. room was dirty, coffee Maker was dirty and had mold in it. Are not upfront a bout charges and charged card more then what was told. One of the beds were kind of messed up and not sleepable. Ice maker was not working right and had to go to another place to get ice.

Shouldn't be charging that much money a night for that. A paying customer shouldn't be made to feel like...oh well either pay or go somewhere else. Where did customer service go these days?;
