Being able to workout in the morning was really good. Having the big fridge, dishes, dishwasher, garbage disposal was great. The room was very clean and very attractive.

Staff was great, room is nice and big with stocked kitchenette. Beds are comfortable. Location is good.
Pet relief area is lacking - some rocks and lots of dog poop, needs some fake grass and some plants for dogs to sniff.
Inside of bathroom door was filthy- hasn't been cleaned.

Location was great! Love the room, very spacious. Loved all the amenities. I will stay here again.
The noise of other guess at night was the only flaw. The guess next door had really loud music late at night (sounded like a party) me and my boyfriend were really tired from our hiking day and honestly couldn't sleep all night. They were slaming doors, music was loud, laughing etc. it was already after 11pm. We even heard them around 2am 3am. slamming doors and just being loud.

Told I couldn’t extend my stay and looked online and there were rooms. Obviously didn’t book again after that huge inconvenience.

Gym looked nice and from our view you can see Costco. Who doesn’t love a Costco view!
Our room had a pretty horrible smell, like backed up water and just made the room pretty smelly. We were also charged extra compared to what was confirmed with booking.com.

We love Home2Suites because the rooms are comfortable and you know what you are going to get.
Breakfast was lacking options. We've had better at other Home2Suites.

The staff was excellent--super friendly and helpful. The room layout was great. It worked well with two teenagers. I also enjoyed having a little kitchenette.
The hotel is a bit worn. It needs some upkeep but I would say it was pretty clean! The bathroom doors are also a bit odd. We couldn't keep the door closed. Ha.

the lack of carts to transport items from the car to the room. carts were provided but were often not to be found. staff was not helpful and did nothing to help. a major inconvenience.
