Pool and bar

First hotel I've ever been in my life that didn't have soap in the bathroom. The clock was broken. And sorry, they don't give wake up calls

The room was nice

Anyone under 21 was not allowed in. They check your ID, then band you but still won’t let underage get in which I find silly. We found bugs in our room so we had to be moved. They acted like it wasn’t a big deal. There are no lights outside at night so it’s very scary/dangerous.

Everything was great first time at this hotel for our 20 years anniversary definitely will come back

Service at hotel gave us fresh towels each day did nothing with the bed no new sheets did not worry about the bed.

The room had no microwave, phone, coffee pot, cups, not even at the sink. The bathroom sink was in the hall. It had no top to put anything on it. There were only 2 small drawers for storage. No closet. It was a bare essentials room for the cost. I've had suites for less cost per night.

Free breakfast was great. Staff was very friendly.

Ice machine was not working. We were not left enough towels or toilet paper in our room. We had to go to the front desk to get more. No lights were on at the entrance to our building. It was very dark.

Value and size... was definitely not worth the price for an off season weekend. If you don't have access to all of the amenities available, lower the cost

over priced, noisier than should have been. infested with gnats and smelled like marijuana.

housekeeping didnt bother to come "clean" our room the whole weekend we was there. housekeeping stopped in on sat afternoon just to c if we needed any towels etc

The room i rented for sun, mon night bathroom exhaust fan not working properly very loud rattling.

Nice Continental breakfast was available. The staff was the best that I have had any time on Put in Bay. That would be over 15 visits. Liked the access to golf carts from the hotel.

We were very satisfied. We were especially happy that we got an early check in. We only stayed on Thursday because the price of a room doubled on Friday.

They mismanaged our reservation and upgraded us to a villa

Lack of parking and beds were uncomfortable

Some type of breakfast i.e. cereal, muffins, juice etc. would be nice. They actually turn certain machines off or cover them with a towel

The proximity to town was great. Our room was away from the pool which was great due to the massive party happening in the pool area.

Web site shows family friendly with Pool. Went with kids ages 10, 14, 18, and 20 that were not allowed in pool. I would have never booked location nor payed the price knowing this. My kids love to swim.
