Requested weeks in advance for 2 beds, not near elevator & high floor, I did not get anything. l water at front desk upon arrival, no one was there. when she did arrive she wasn’t the friendliest or accommodating at all! the room wasn’t that clean, showers was disgusting actually. Room smells musty. Breakfast was not tasty at all! The $ money I paid almost $900 for 2 nights is ridiculous for this place. There’s not even a hot tub or heated pool!

Too many loud soccer kids running up and down halls at night but I didn’t complain. Its wasn’t the fault of the hotel.
