Room was extremely dirty and dusty! A layer of dust covered everything in the entire room. There was enough toilet paper to use the restroom one time, with no back up. The microwave has not been cleaned in weeks at the least on top of the bathroom hell probably the entire room, only thing that was done was beds made Im sure of it! Mold and even blood on the walls of the bathroom.. definitely won't be staying at this super 8 again.

We were confirmed a disability access room, when we got thete we were on 2nd floor no elevator. The bathroom door stuck and had to be forced open or closed. Furniture was old, torn. Desk clerk was not friendly.

Second floor when requested ADA compliance. The room was dirty, fridge did not work, next door young people were up all hours with no discipline from front desk. Will never stay there again.

Paper thin walls. Bring earplugs. Other guests speaking loudly seemed like they were in the same room. Terrible nights sleep.

There was a sock in the bathroom whose was it I have no idea the shower curtain smelled pretty weird also the toilet wasn't working so when I called the office the lady told me she didn't know what she should do I was like well I'm not a plumber so I don't know either so she told me should I bring a plunger I said why not I actually wanted for the toilet to be ready to be used in case I had to use it again so I unclogged it first I do that where they should have a maintenance person take care of it I'm pretty sure it will be my last time coming to this hotel

Rooms were nice some odd placement of furniture bed was comfortable and great tv selection. Alitalia over priced for a Wednesday. Staff were friendly. 2 pm check in

No breakfast which was included in price and 100 deposit that if use a card you have to wait 5 to 7 days. Charged more than quoted on booking.com

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly and the experience was quiet. Coffee in the morning downstairs was good too.

When I arrived the front desk told me breakfast was instant oat meal and coffee only and that was not what I was expecting. In the morning, I rose up early and went to front desk and asked if I was too early for breakfast , a woman at front desk said "we don't have breakfast, we have instant oatmeal and coffee " . She said it rudely. So if she knows she doesn't provide breakfast why then write at their website breakfast is offered? We found cockroaches in bathroom also. It was gross. We could hear people talking next door as well as people walking upstairs. Also rooms have no USB Charger.

6 days been there requests one day of room service and the person only took the trash out and replaced towels didn't make the bed, vacuum carpet NOTHING NOT STAYING HERE AGAIN DIRTY AND OLD

Check in was very efficient, the gentleman realized I would have a problem climbing stairs and suggested a lower level room. I was able to park in front of our room. The coffee pot was excellent and coffee provided.

The bathroom situation mentioned above. Also, breakfast would be nice. The only thing offered was oatmeal. The table and chairs crowded the bed by the window.

The location was great. The building was lit well enough to see our surroundings.

The things I was not happy with were: The people loitering around the property, the WIFI did not work, no security, cauking everywhere in the bathroom, the Do Not signage in the lobby was a bit over done, they are not a pet friendly motel (luckily we didn't bring our fur babies), I wanted to pay cash, I was told there was a deposit over and beyond the deposit/cc they had on file from booking, the upsatirs room was loud and we could hear the cracking of footsteps the whole night, the breakfast is not a breakfast at all, its a coffee machine. When we left the next morning and went to the office to check out an employee was standing at the front door smoking and as soon as I got out of my vehicle and approached the door I had to walk thru a cloud of smoke. I didn't care for smelling like a cigarette. The lesson from this stay is that cheaper is NOT always the way to go.

On arrival after requesting a smoke free room, we were given keys to a smokey room. They immediately moved us into a much cleaner room.

dirty around light sockets and doors. mold in the bathroom, scratches and putty on the walls where things had broken and not repainted. coffee pot didn’t work, ice built up in the refrigerator. furniture scraped. website said breakfast but only coffee in the lobby. desk staff cooking food in a hot pot and left dishwasher open with their dirty dishes, are they living in the motel. outside was litter with cigarettes butts. turned on air conditioner and it smelled musty and dirty. paid $96.32 to sleep in a dump, thank God it was only for 1 night will never stay in a Super 8 again if this is the way they are run.

The young woman who checked us in was very nice.

The room was filthy! Floors, walls, etc. The chairs were so dirty (even after we tried to wash them) that we couldn't sit on them. There were no other rooms available in town or we would have left. We were told upon booking online that there would be breakfast in the breakfast room but upon arrival, we were told all they had was coffee and oatmeal. I was very surprised a Windom Hotel would allow one of their hotels to be maintained ( or not maintained) in this condition. Do yourself a favor and stay ANYWHERE else.
