the condo was clean and stocked well, the location of the room was great- less than 1 minute to my chair on the beach!

The condo is updated and comfortable. Awesome view. The ground Floor lighting was brighter than before. Felt much safer. Beds were very comfortable. Noise Free.

For the second year (2022; 2023)the only two amenities (2 rusty grills & the one Hot tub) were not accessible/ usable. Everything was blocked with caution tape this time. Last year it just was out of order. Even had to walk around the side of the building to enter the Beach. No advanced warnings (email, text, etc) or DISCOUNTS Offered. Charging Resort prices is shameful. Housekeeper’s are not cleaning properly. Photo below of green mold; under the faucets in each bathroom. Stayed in different condos each year 204 & 201. Caught one house keeper smoking on the Balcony. I was told that I could not smoke on the Balcony. Again I had to pay over $200 per night. No screens on windows or sliding doors. Dirty curtains. Sliding Doors tracks need cleaning and it was dusty. kitchen floor had not been mopped in God knows when. No personnel; other than the one and only Awesome and very kind MaintanenceMan (Dennis) I you may come across once in a while because he’s very busy working 3 properties that are not located next to one another.

Beachfront room was amazing. Everything was clean. Close to everything!

Jacuzzi wasn't working. Underneath the hotel was all taped off. Probably would have been nice if you could go under there.

It was a nice cozy room with a great view!

The outside could use some fixing up. There was no place to rinse feet after walking on beach,even the public entrance right beside it wasn’t working which made it hard to keep sand out of the room.

Honestly we liked everything.

Unfortunately the pool was closed but we were only steps from the beach, so it wasn't bad.

Excellent location. Quiet and safe. Lovely beach. Suite was clean, modern and extremely comfortable. Easy to check in and out. Lots of restaurants close by.

Location is simply superb. Right on the beach in family-friendly Surfside. Easy access to beach. Balcony and views from bedroom and living room are great. Comfie and clean, well-stocked kitchen. Loved it.

Damage from the hurricane last year needs to be fixed. The hot tub was roped off. Glass in the sliding doors was hazed, probably due to hurricane damage to the seals. It would have bugged me more if it hadn't been warm enough to simply leave the doors open.

We loved the location and the room. It was comfortable and spacious with all amenities to maximize our time enjoying our vacation!

It listed the hot tub/spa as included and it was not open.

Amazing location right on the beach looking straight out onto the ocean. Ocean view from living room with sliding glass door onto covered balcony that was also accessible from bedroom. Bedroom had window facing ocean and sliding glass door that accessed side of balcony. Apartment was clean and exactly as depicted in photos. Beach was super clean and away from high-rise hotels and crowds. Very chill and relaxing. Exactly what I was looking for.

Wish there was a beach chair, beach towel (and maybe umbrella) provided. I don't think there was wifi but I didn't try to use (went there to unplug).

The view was AWESOME we had a clody weekend so we just listened to the ocean and relaxed we have a special needs son he loved it the downstairs where pools were were in disaray pools werent open We like to swim even in winter

The noise was an issue. Not from other guests, but from staff. We really wanted to just enjoy the beach but experienced excessive noise for a prolonged period from the staff cleaning unit 204.

Unbeatable location! The views of the ocean from the main living space and bedroom were stunning, directly on the beach, and just a couple of minutes from many restaurants and shops. There was plenty of space for our family of 5. The kitchen and laundry were also very convenient! We couldn't find the Wi-Fi password anywhere, but a quick call provided the information we needed.

A bit more attention to detail in the cleaning would be appreciated - bathroom sink faucets weren't wiped down, stray hairs noticeable on the tile floors, and debris on the carpet. We did our own quick wipe down and sweep when settling in and it was fine after that.

The location was great. The apt was amazing! Very clean and plenty of room. Would definitely stay there again!

We loved being right on the beach, and the fact that the building was small, so there were not many other vacationers to share our area of the beach with. The condo was a good size and the bed was very comfortable.

The hot tub has been closed for my last 2 visits (spring and late fall of 2022). Our dining chair seats were so ragged that when we sat on them, pieces fell off into the floor. The beach access was closed and we needed to use the access for the building next door - which was preferable because it was in much better condition than the one intended for Sandpebble. The property is good enough in most ways, but is definitely showing it's age and neglect. Also, when we stayed in the spring, the master bedroom had a weak spot in the floor. When you walked into the room, if you stepped on the wrong spot, the chest of drawers tilted forward! I did report this at the time, but I have no idea whether or not it was addressed.

There wasn’t a breakfast but it was convenient to get into the apartment and parking was available. For the most part it was quiet and always relaxing to hear the waves ❤️

I would definitely say more lighting is needed around the property and shining on the beach as some of the other resorts to enjoy the night and sit on the beach close to the condo. Some upgrades is needed with the furniture. For the most chairs were comfortable but 1st impressions is everything when a customer walk in.

The ocean view is awesome. Nice private balcony. Condo is large with two nice bedrooms and baths. Comfy beds. Kitchen is roomy and nicely updated. Good TV that worked great. Have stayed here three times prior to this visit and will definitely be returning.
