Very quiet and comfortable

The price was great for what we needed the room for. We just needed to sleep after driving most of the night. Breakfast was included, although we didn't get up in time to try it. We liked that we could stream from our phones to watch Netflix on the TV.

The hotel was nice enough, but we found a lot of hairs in the bathroom area and dirty socks behind the curtains in our room. We asked for (and were given) a late check out when checking in. Apparently the message didn't get relayed because the front desk was knocking on our door at 11:10.

The staff was very pleasant, the room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. Their was a recumbent bike in the room which I have never seen before but liked very much.

The overwhelming smell of cleaning products on the level and there was a used washcloth in our shower. The bathroom could have also used a coat of paint on the ceiling.

Love eggs and coffee and sausage/bacon

Biscuits and gravy are not my thing. Wish restaurant was open more nights.

The room & bathroom were spacious and comfortable as well as very clean.

The bike in the room was odd but I am sure many enjoy it for a morning workout.

This was my very first time having a hotel room with a private sauna. It's so nice before or after skiing!

The service is horrible and rude. Called to tell us they were overbook and no room for us, while we drive out about 5 hours to go skiing ever weekend, and they called an hour and a half left to get to them…. some lady said she can try and find us a room in a different hotel but never called back.I had to call 5 times because they didn’t answer the phone or hung up on me after I asked for my money back and gave huge attitude over the phone… not going to even try and stay here

Upon arriving I said oh look you have a bar. At 3pm they said they were slow so they will shut down early. It was New Years Eve and I was traveling alone. What a perfect safe place to drink. The bartender told me to be safe when. She shut down at 4:30. I would have rather stayed in the hotel bar all night. I left the hotel at 7pm to run and grab snacks across the street. The bartender was still roaming around the closed bar at 7:40pm. Poor customer service. I heard her turn away at least 12 people. Will not return. I think the bartender just literally did not feel like working that night.
