It was mostly clean, beds were comfortable

There were a group of men drinking in the parking lot, one was sitting on my car when I went to leave to eat. This didn’t feel exactly safe. The air conditioning worked however we were unable to control the temperature. Microwave smelled bad.

Breakfast was OK and the staff was friendly.

The payment process was upsetting and unexpected. I thought that I had already paid for the hotel room through Booking.com. However, I was advised that this was not the case and I had to pay an additional $100 for incidentals. This was frustrating, because I had not budgeted for this additional expense. (Note: The $100 was returned after our departure, since we left the room in good order.)

Great hot American breakfast. Beds were the best. Location is good for central city and th west side of town.

Landscapingas , so many dead plants due to a lengthy dry period I think.

Breakfast was ok at best, location was fine. Beds were comfy, room decent. Toilet barely flushed, main areas not clean really.
