when checking in was told no early check in which was totally fine . came back at time of check in told it was not ready yet and had to wait additional hour to get in room . it was very frustrating due to making us late to our event .

they put us in a handicapped room!

Office help and the person preparing the breakfast was excellent.

I got a call from the motel asking about cleaning the rooms I agreed and they did a good job. However-during the same conversation-I ask about the rate not being the same as I agreed online-she saw the discrepancy and said she would correct it-it never got done.

I liked the cleanliness and and the breakfast was pretty good too.

The staff was great. Beds were comfortable but, on the breakfast selection it didn’t seem like it was complete, there wasn’t any potatoes to eat with your eggs & sausages. One of the nights the heater took forever to turn on. Other than those 2 issues everything else was fabulous.

Lobby was clean and well kept. Breakfast area was clean and breakfast was very good..lots of eating area. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Cleaning staff very nice when we were leaving the next morning. pet friendly for the fur babies!!

The night lady that checked us in wasn’t all that friendly. She wasn’t what I would say was rude, but she wasn’t very happy friendly either. Cut and dry and to the point. Not a whole lot of parking area and there are cats that folks feed and you have to be careful where you park so they won’t climb all over your ride.

the room was very large with a kitchenett. The location was great with food options very close.

I didn't like the fact they held 100.00 deposit on my card. It has been two weeks and it's still on my card even after calling

The location was ok, but there were a lot of homeless people outside of the property roaming around. On the last night, someone broke into our vehicle.

I woke up after a night's stay covered in bug bites of some kind. Was only refunded partially for the remainder of the days in my stay. The manager Eddie is the rudest hotel manager to his staff and to the customers I have ever met. I was told by this Manager that he just has an unsympathetic face. I was asked "what have you done to the staff here that they do not like you" when I politely enquired about the cleanliness and disrepair of my room.
