Great customer service, young lady at the front desk was warm and helpful.

Right off the interstate. Hotel was clean and staff was nice.

The door seemed really beat up. A chunk of the fake wood was missing on the outside and the deadbolt lock on the inside just spun without engaging.

Staff were not friendly, and not competent. I called ahead at 6pm to have the pack and play put in our room. I knew we'd arrive late and baby would need to go to sleep right away. When we arrive the pack and play wasn't in our room and the associate checking us in was so slow. I've never taken that long to check into a hotel at 11pm. We then had to go to our room and wait another 20 mins for the pack and play and set it up. In the morning the next employee didn't say a word and didn't ask us how our stay was. Both employees were extremely disappointing for such a nice hotel.
