Good location and good breakfast

Rooms felt small. Felt older.

The best staff we have encountered in all our years of travelling!!

Absolutely nothing went well. I picked this hotel from Priceline. It looked nothing like the pictures and was way over priced.

I’ve never been to Port Huron so I had to rely on the Internet for places to stay. This hotel was $129 a night. There was a smell In the room that resembled a public bathroom. Stains on the pillowcases and sheets, a chip on the floor. Woke up with a bite on my ankle. Let the place a day early and didn’t try to get a refund, just wanted out that bad and that fast. We were given only one wash wash cloth. The entire hotel was extremely outdated and had a very overall dirty feel to it. When you go down the elevator and reach the first floor, the elevator kind of shakes and makes a loud noise, you aren’t sure if it’s breaking down or if you’re even going to get out of it at that point.

Location and staff were excellent.

It was very noisy with loud music, dogs and party next door.

Staff is very friendly and attentive! They quickly addressed any concern.

Elevator is very loud and sometimes there is a jolt when it stops on the 1st floor. On the plus side, our room on the 2nd floor was right next to the elevator but we never heard it. The hotel seems to be remodeling but it didn’t hinder our stay (unlike a few other hotels I’ve stayed at in the past).

The staff was very helpful and friendly.

The afternoon employee who checked us in was great! Very accommodating and friendly.

Breakfast was awful, staff not at all friendly and we felt we were inconveniencing them being there. Terrible smell throughout the hotel, especially the 3rd floor. Rooms were filthy as was the bathroom. Not at all up to Best Western standards, very disappointing.
