The overnight front desk girl, (Brooke) was so rude and disrespectful. She hung up on me when I called the front desk after having an issue with the tv. She told me she didn’t care if there worked or not.

Sue was the best!
It was state hockey weekend and the Constant yelling and slamming doors made it hard to relax or watch tv

The hotel is very clean, comfortable beds and a very good breakfast with lots of options. Nice pool area with hot tub that was actually hot. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice small town location. Would definitely stay again.

Clean & comfortable room. Staff was very friendly & had great customer service!! The breakfast was perfect too 😁 We would stay again and will definitely recommend it to others.

The pool and spa we’re clean well-maintained and just the right temperature also well-stocked with towels our room was clean and had a good odor to it. The hotel we stayed at the night before we paid more and was awful this was in Baraboo Wisconsin.
We did not dislike anything the stay was very enjoyable.

Room was great. We book every year for the winterfest bikini run. Breakfast was great. Hottub and pool excellent for warming up after the cold. Look forward to next year.

Good breakfast comfy beds easy access to Hwy.
Went to take shower and shower head broke on me when I adjusted it. We had to move to different room to avoid being loud for other people because my family if load still had complaints and people abide where jumping and couldn't sleep heater was really loud. When we first entered the room it smelled like cigarettes.
