All hotel employees were very friendly.

The facilities are old, and the lighting in the rooms is too dim. Additionally, since the first floor is next to a parking lot, it was very noisy due to guests having outdoor parties during my stay.

Convenient location

The tub had drainage issues. Every time I showered, the tub would fill up to around my ankles. In addition, the room had not been cleaned well. There was trash on the floor under the sink vanity. There was a lot of noise in the hallways at night. People partying, drinking, smoking right outside to the parking lot. Cigarette butts and beer cans all around the parking lot. No security locks on the doors to the parking lot which were left open a lot which allowed flies into the building.

Towels were dirty, toilet and tub grimy, floors dirty & hall carpet gross

Breakfast was just OK and the location was so hidden/concealed that I almost didn't find it using a GPS

I couldn't turn off 2 wall lights without nearly removing the bulbs and the sink plunger was stuck down and used water wouldn't drain

Booking.com over charged us for the stay. The hotel was $85 and booking.com charged me $130 each for two rooms. I’m livid

Hotel and room were not clean. Ac smelled moldy. Shower head was nasty.

Staff was friendly

Pool was not available due to construction. Should have been told that before I booked. Beds were lumpy, not the restful night I was hoping for.

Breakfast was a plus. Desk staff very helpful and friendly. Best in the area for a reasonable price. Pool is finally open.

Still under renovation and my room was a little tired, but mostly comfortable. Some noise from the construction.
