They have signs for room to get cleaned, but yet they act as if they don't see it. Office and area smells.

For the second time they didn't have one of the rooms done yet my brother was upstairs and in a no smoking room

Bath tub water runs extremely hot to cold on its own.

The hot water didn't work at the sink, but it was hot at the bathtub faucet.

did not honor the request for a ground floor room. did not respond to door plaque for room cleaning

Supposed to be a "non-smoking room", but immediately smelled old cigarette smoke. Also, the toilet didn't flush correctly.

What breakfast?

Front desk person appeared very sick coughing all over the office. He.was very unkept. Hair was looked dirty and greasee. He was wearing.a dirty stained white t-shirt. I counted more than 50 flies in my room. This the truth! The flies would fall from the ceiling and hit you in the face at night. After being on the road all day I'm tired and needed some rest. Creepy feeling having flies crawling all over you at night while trying to sleep. I couldn't take it anymore had get out and leave room at 12:30 am. Went out and slept i truck for a couple hours before leaving.

Clean, current decor, good value.

Staffing issues. Long delay to check in. Management/owner should be sure backups are available and ready when needed. There is no excuse for an unmanned check in desk for any significant long period of time EVER! Staff was informed when we would be checking in beforehand through this site.

Everything, great price and room was comfortable and easy to get to and park right in front.

They were water blasting prepping for painting, maybe next time have the contractor bring a longer hose and keep the engine away from the windows. No big deal, only a short period but enough to have some people complain.

Water was very hot and plenty of pressure. Room was basic but clean. Lots of TV channels. Nice refrigerator with small freezer section. Microwave. AC unit kept temperature in room perfect, although it was very loud when it cycled. Bed was too firm for me, but my husband liked it. There was also a digital clock in the room. Room was quiet after about 10:00 pm.

AC unit was loud when it cycled. Lots of light filtered around the edges of the blinds, which may not bother some people, but makes it hard for me to sleep. WiFi not secured.

Paid for a NON- smoking room and it stunk like cigarette smoke, employee said they all smell that way. Air conditioner didn’t work at first, couldn’t read any of the buttons to operate the A/C unit.

Our ‘non-smoking room’ had the pervasive stench of years of smoke accented by an unmistakable ammonia (urine) oder. This shouldn’t have been a surprise as the property office smelled exactly the same. Beyond awful. As this was a no refund reservation we simply handed back our room key an d left 30 min after checking in. Bonus-property is located in a really sketchy part of town. Orr room entrance was at the rear of the property, backing up to a vacant lot. Exposed and accessible to anyone with little to no security. Go somewhere else…
