Location was perfect for where I needed to be. I did not have breakfast on either of the mornings I was there.
The room was not as clean as I would have liked. The overflow vent in the sink had black mold growing out of it (gross!!!) and there was hair/dirt/dust in the corners of the bathroom. The rest of the room appeared to be clean but it does make me wonder…

Location was great, staff was friendly. We were able to park near our room. Insulation between rooms was good, we could not hear anyone else around us.
We were there 3 nights and never received fresh washcloths or had our trash emptied. The first time I went to the front desk to request fresh washcloths and the staff person had no idea what I was asking for but eventually brought me 2 hand towels. The room was very small to have a king size bed and the lighting was not great. There is no overhead light in the main part of the room, just 3 table lamps.

Breakfast was nice. Lots of options, waffles, pancakes, cereal, yogurt, fruit.
The room had a funny smell to it.
The pool opens at 10am and check out is 11. The pool area is dark and dingy as it is carpeted. The sauna was out of order.
There is no elevator.
I did not feel like this hotel meets the price point of 200 a night. It was run down and had a dirty feel to it.

Wifi was spotty and hard to connect to/not a secure connection with password.

The location was the only positive
The room smelled of mildew, it also had lots of fruit flies. It was very noisy. You could hear people constantly talking and walking by. We were also right next to the ice machine which was very loud. The curtains would not close and there was a bright sign out of our window. - We did not stay over night, we checked out before 8 PM. There was no way we could stay there.

The best feature of this motel is Rose's restaurant across the road. The facility is clean, quiet and well maintained.

Not much to like except for the general location of the hotel in New Hampshire
The front desk still has notices that they won’t be cleaning the rooms or providing a normal breakfast due to COVID-19. Very obviously an excuse not to provide services. The room was not cleaned well…I found orange hair from a wig possibly all over one of the bed spreads and other parts of the room. Kind of disgusting in my opinion. And for what we paid, totally unacceptable.

The check in was quick and easy. I liked not having to pay until we arrived. The refrigerator in the room was free to use for your own belongings which was nice.
The bathroom and the sink were in separate parts of the room we stayed in. The hallway smelled like chlorine and lemon. The breakfast was extremely underwhelming. It was just two different choices of cereal or a frozen pancake. The cost of the whole thing was steep for what it was, but it was a last minute booking so what can one expect really.

Cable didn't work. informed front desk. Person didn't know how to fix was calling manager. Never heard back. It was very late so understand why.,
