Thought it was a convenient location

It was messy, staff was a bit on edge, other guests were really loud

It was very unclean but cheap so kind of expected.

Everything! The hotel is dirty, the pictures on the booking are nothing like it. When you are going to the property, the road into it is bad. Potholes The entrance of the lobby is so dirty. The food is not as good as it looks in the pictures. Only water and apple juice work, and they have oatmeal. Some expired, and the milk was out of the fridge, omg nasty. I GET INTO THE CHECK IN DIDN'T EVEN GET THE ROOM I BOOKED BECAUSE IT WASN'T READY. I GET A DOUBLE BED IN FRONT OF THE ELEVATOR AND THE ROOM WAS SO DIRTY. PLUS THE NOISE AND THE SMELL IN THE HALLWAYS. NEVER AGAIN I WILL COME BACK.

very nice employees and front desk very helpful. Housekeeping available to clean room and replenish towels and bedding as needed

Rooms were very spacious
