The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Only got to stay one night, had to check out early because of home emergency, but felt like queen for a day with my stay.

The staff was very friendly. The room was very clean.

Breakfast was good. I liked the western omelet. There were several options, pancakes, biscuits/gravy, sausages, oatmeal, yogurt, cereal, fruit. My room was clean. The bathroom was cleaned and clean towels left while I was gone. The staff was friendly.

Great Hotel at a good price. Real good breakfast and overall a very nice place to stay. This was the 2nd time staying here. It's been great both times.

Convenient to Baylor Scott & White Hospital. Clean room, comfortable bed, good breakfast and friendly staff.

Only complaint was that the nice big flat screen TV had some burned out pixels on the screen. I could still watch TV but it was a little irritating.

When I checked in the room was dirty, I informed the front desk and I was giving a 2nd bedroom that it was dirtier than the 1 room, staff was nice and they tried to help me. I will not be staying here again.

the hotel is in a good location, and was clean and comfortable.

The pool was out of order the entire time we were there, which was the reason i picked that hotel because I was traveling with my kids. The breakfast said oven was out of order so no hot items such as eggs, bacon, sausage, etc. They were also short staffed so room cleaning was not available everyday.

The front desk clerk was very attentive and helpful. The rooms and the breakfast were nice.

The indoor pool was not heated. The indoor hot tub next to the pool was not functioning. Too cold to swim. This was the reason we chose this property in the first place.

Expected to go swimming with grand children water was so cold,could not even enjoy. One reason I wanted to stay there . Hot tub was not working and some of the doors to get outside where broke. Not very happy. I usually stay here all the time when I go down there , but this time I was very displeased.

last summer trip with grandchild and daughter and looked for a property with a pool and spa... Asked at desk if pool and spa were working and open and told "yes". Inside pool was freezing and murky - dirty ... spa was murky dirty as well and not warm at all. Dirty pool towels laying all over - the pool room was terrible so could not use...

Lobby is attractive. Breakfast was so good. our room was very nice. Our AC was wonderful.

Pillows. Respectfully, they’re horrible. Bed was so comfortable but pillows denied OUR rest.
