Very inconsiderate guests in the next room and hallway talking and laughing loudly till 1-2 am. Coffee maker does not work. We were told we could use shower in the pool after running marathon race, but they conveniently locked the pool for “cleaning” during the time when the race was over. they should allow late check out on marathon day to accommodate runners.

Love the ocean across the street and was so beautiful

The balcony door was slid open when we checked in and there were bags of garbage on the balcony.

Great location and the staff was friendly.

The hotel definitely needs some TLC-one set of lights in the bathroom didn’t work, there were only 2 hangers in the closet, and overall the room was dark, poor lighting.

Only item missing in the room was a remote for the tv. everything else was sound about the property.

No breakfast, coming from Ireland, we expected a hotel to provide breakfast - there were only flasks in reception for tea/coffee. Coffee machine with 4 pods in bedroom. No kettle to make tea.

Carpet on third floor had a gigantic stain on it at lift exit, remainder looked grimy. On second floor carpet appeared to have been replaced recently as still ‘fluffing’ at the edges.

Good location for beach. Nice lobby but the rest of the place is dirty and falling apart

Close location to the beach/local restaurants.

It was not busy during our stay, we weren’t given a room with a view despite availability. The hotel carpets were not clean and the hotel in general very outdated. We had to ask multiple times for extra towels and pillows during our 3 night stay. Front lobby staff was not accommodating or friendly. Overall probably wouldn’t stay at this hotel again or recommend it, other then location benefits.

Location

Bed was extremely uncomfortable and significantly sagging in the middle. Outlets on one side of the wall didn't work. Lights above bed didn't work so we only one light for the whole room. Pool was closed for a while, hot tub closed during duration of stay. Really disappointed in this stay. Will never stay here again.

paying for a balcony, the balcony was minuscule. we stayed one other time and had a large bathroom with jacuzzi tub, this bathroom was extremely small. my 6’6” husband could barely move.

Room was clean but smelled musty. The entire lobby and hallway smelled old and musty. All the chairs in the lobby were stained and dirty. Attendant at front desk was not friendly. I had called to ask about my reservation two times, had to leave voice messages with no call backs. No breakfast with our stay

The room had a wonderful view of the ocean, and the interior was lovely.

The manager was extremely nice and very good with the kids she was right on top of getting us extra towels and checking us in

I think covid may have gotten the better of the place it has a ton of potential but needs some upgrading and freshening up

I liked the location, close to the beach

We arrived a bit early and we’re told there was absolutely no early check in. The girl was rude, and barely had time to look up from her cellphone. We waited until 3 and checked in. We got to our room and immediately was met with the over powering smell of air freshener and mildew. Get inside, the room looks nice enough, seems clean. I took off my sandals and realized the carpet was wet, now I know why the smells. I couldn’t go barefoot in my room because not only was the floor wet, it was filthy. My feet turned black. While the front of the building looked nice, walking around, wires were hanging from broken light fixtures on balconies, there were large areas where the siding/shingles were missing. Inside, the paint was literally flaking off of four jams, all the rugs were filthy, walls needed to be painted. The pool was closed for maintenance, which we didn’t know until we arrived. Very poorly kept. $700 for 2 nights and you aren’t even offered access passes to the beach. There is so much more I can say, but it won’t matter anyway.
