The breakfast was a joke to say the least. No bacon or sausage the first 3 mornings. They put out some kind of egg rounds and soggy egg and cheese English muffins. The last morning NO coffee or anything at 6:30 as advertised. Then around 8 am someone started putting things out. The owner/manager parked her new silver car with paper plates at the front door under the canopy and blocked part of the entrance every day all day long. We had to ask the maid to clean our room and ask for clean towels. For $169.00 dollars a night a person would expect a better accommodations. I will never book at a Fairfield Inn or any Marriott hotel again.

Staffing very slow! Couldn't check in until after 7:30 pm. Breakfast items were slow coming out and had to wait for everything! Poor management in general.

facility itself was ok, except for dangerous electrical splicing and an extension cord to a wall outlet (think that’s actually illegal) Electrical outlets for coffee maker and microwave didn’t work due to this

filthy, check-in was five hours late due to no rooms being cleaned. Next morning there was literally NO staff at the building for about 2 1/2 to 3 hours in a very busy spring break weekend.

We booked a room with king and queen bed for a night. traveling with a 2 year old. we were given a different room - 2 Queen for the same price. we came back tired after sight seeing into the room at 8 to find we are locked out. no one was able to get us in. we had to sit in the lobby for 20min. the reception lady said we were going to get a discount for this after checking with her supervisor. we never got that as well. next day at checkout , the new person at the counter says that was a false promise and shouldn’t have been made. asked me to check with booking.com. n the curtains in the room wouldn’t close and the light from the street light was constantly in the room. the kids wouldn’t sleep with that light. overall a horrible experience

our room was very spacious and relaxing with a living area next to the king bedroom.

Due to doing road trips when we holiday in USA one never can book in advance so we often do walk in Hannah & Shenas welcome was appalling __ no we are fully booked was abruptly given to us ( we are aged 80 & 79 !)no respect no sorry we are full __ I'm a bonvoy member _ they lied guess we sat in car park at hotel & booked through booking .com & Hannah's face was a picture was we walked in with our suitcases Shena looked sheepish Hannah was shocked they both let your hotel down as Shena could give me suddenly 2 rooms to choose from DUST blew out of room we GOT !hideous price CEO should refund us our money we have driven through 11 states & done 5734 miles

All the above young man who I handed our key back to next morning was charming pity we wasn't on front desk when we arrived he wouldn't have treated us in such appalling manner we don't leave USA till 30 th Dec I loathe disrespect & those who cannot tell the truth but Hannah's face of shock when we walked back in with our suitcases I WILL never forget .
