Chris… the gentleman in charge of hotel operations was amazing. He was kind and pleasant and helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure every single guest had exactly what they needed!! Thank you Chris! You made our trip!!

It is well located near the beach and the Main Street in Chatham.

The room and amenities were incredibly basic and very disappointing for the room rate. The Wi-Fi did not work in the room.

The location is excellent. Easily walkable to the center of town and the shops and restaurants. The beach is super close and he neighborhood is very picturesque and pleasant. Chris, the manager, is awesome. Very welcoming and friendly and he is happy to give recommendations on things to do and places to eat. We will definitely stay here again.

There really wasn't anything that we disliked.

Different types of muffins in the morning, and white and red wine in the afternoon. Very close to the beach. Walking distance to town.

upon check in there was no soap, no shampoo or conditioner & the 1/2 a roll of toilet paper sat on the handle of the brush that’s used to clean the toilet. I waited all week for a holder to be put up & it never happened! Chris was very rude about my bill & would not acknowledge charging me $55 more for Thursday night when my paper work I had said $320 for the night NOT $375.
