My room needed better pillows (225)

The location was very convenient, and the staff was very attentive and friendly. The hotel was easy to find, and the price was very reasonable. After being put in an unclean and dirty room at first, the gentleman at the front desk was very apologetic and was able to change my room quickly,

The first room I was put in was not cleaned and dirty. Once I was moved to a new room, the floors were sticky and slippery. I had to cover the floor with towels so that I didn't slip and fall. There was no remote for the TV. The cabinet covering the fridge was barely hanging on. There was a musty smell in the room. The vents for the AC were pointed directly towards the bed, so you either risk freezing and getting a head cold from it, or you shut it off and make the best of it. The bed was hard and the pillows were cheap and a lumpy mess. The breakfast, although seemingly had a large selection, was subpar. The "egg cupcakes" tasted stale and like processed food. The rest of the breakfast was just so-so. I was surprised this hotel got the high ratings it did. Even though the staff was a pleasure to deal with, I will not stay here again.

My room could use some love! It was missing a chair, and another chair was badly chewed up. The charging outlets did not work.

The room was large and comfortable and actually had a nice view. The pool is large enough to swim laps. Breakfast (included) was decent and there were real dishes. The location was perfect. The entire stay was quite pleasant and I felt that it was an excellent value for $90.

The elevator is a bit dingy. There's nothing I didn't like... really for less than $100 this is a truly worthwhile place to stay.

We didn't get to stay at the hotel we had booked but they sent us to sister hotel that was SUPPOSED to be cheaper

We didn't get to stay at the hotel we had booked but they sent us to sister hotel that was SUPPOSED to be cheaper And it ended up NOT being cheaper. They charged more than I was receipted and we were put out having to switch after booking and breakfast wasn't convenient.
