This is a well-run hotel with a friendly and accommodating staff. The room was perfect with its modern decor and cleanliness. I would highly recommend this hotel.

There is nothing that I didn't like about the hotel.

The location was convenient to restaurants and the facility seemed updated and clean.

There was no carpet in the room which made it loud, the shower temperature control didn’t work well, and the bar was overpriced.

Staff was nice and location is decent.

Room was dirty. Powder/dust by beds, coffee grounds on tables, clump of hair in pillow cases. Requested housekeeping. However, no one came. Super disappointed and not worth the money to stay here, especially since they consider themselves to be a 4-star hotel.

Location was convenient. Staff was nice.

Water poured through the air conditioning, leaving large pools of water near the beds and beyond. Staff let us know that with heavy rains, this happens. While staff was helpful in cleaning it up, it happened multiple times during an overnight stay.

No microwave in room. Even after requesting, we were told that they will try to send, but it never came.
