Great location, very comfy beds. Suite was very large with space for everyone.

Our suite had a kitchen but there was not a single dish, paper towel or other supply. Usually when we noon these types of rooms there are basic supplies to use. Staff helped me find paper plates, disposable utensils and napkins downstairs though.

The property was very nice. Clean and quiet, I really enjoyed it.

Overall, the property and stay was nice but I had problems with my bathtub being clogged up. I reported it to the manger early Saturday morning but it was after 12 and I had to remind them again because my family and I couldn’t shower. When housekeeping came, she didn’t clean the room good at all. Didn’t vacuum, mop, change linens, clean the bathroom(nothing but the bath tub), just didn’t clean good. After I asked them to come back and clean I could tell she had a attitude.

The room was clean and the Staff was very nice and accommodating Breakfast was okay. Location was okay. Overall the hotel was very basic but nice enough for an overnight stay.

the only problem we had was the cleaning people made our beds but skipped the bathroom all together as well as forgot to restock coffee supplies, towels and toilet paper.

Room was clean and facility was clean. The location is great and right in the middle of Hot Springs.

Most (but not all) of the staff were unfriendly.

Comfortable beds. Spacious bathroom. Good breakfast and coffee. Front desk staff was very nice and made everything easy.

The pool area is much smaller than expected and the area definitely needed more seating and some tables. Hooks on the wall for towels would be nice too. I didn’t want to put my stuff on the wet floor.

The room was huge! The beds were comfortable; we had everything we needed.

They were out of milk and orange juice at breakfast, and the biscuits were never replenished the entire time we were at breakfast. This also made the line for pancakes extra long, so we didn’t even try for pancakes.

Confusion... Between booking.com and hotel. Paid booking online. Hotel charged again. Hotel quickly made correction.

Location was great. Staff was very helpful and patient with check in. Check out check out was fast. As always the room was clean and had a comfortable stay. Felt very safe and would stay again.

It smelled like wet dog in our suite… The carpet throughout the unit was dirty and stained. WIFI did NOT work. The breakfast was a terrible excuse for food. There is no soap to wash your hands with in the bathroom or at the sink in the kitchen.

Easy to find, close to lots food and shopping. Very clean and staff was very friendly and helpful.

I wish the breakfast started sooner because we had to leave for our volleyball tournament before 7am each day
