The beds were very comfortable and the continental breakfast was good. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating.

There was nothing to dislike but more towels would have been nice.

Very warmful place, the fireplace is stunning, staff is nice and friendly, our room was upgraded, the complimentary breakfast was great and we were granted with free local beer and snacks in the evening!

The lobby was welcoming, the staff was pleasant, amenities were nice, & breakfast was nice. Kitchen staff were replenishing food often and helpful.

Gracious and accommodating staff. Good choice for staying near airport before or after flight. Shuttle service available. Would stay here again.

Requires a bit of navigating to find your way from room to lobby. Breakfast hours 6 - 9 am. Monday amenities different than other days of the week. No cash bar or restaurant. Didn't appear to be many choices in surrounding area.

We couldn’t wait to come here! I’ve been dreaming about this trip in Vermont for years. But unfortunately this place ruined my vacation a bit. I had such an amazing time wherever I went but here. The hotel itself is fine, I felt like a dated hotel, but that’s ok, every hotel has their own charm, but I honestly think they are a bit liars. I booked through booking.com and we booked a room with the fireplace, which was clearly showed in one of the pictures I had in “view rooms details”. After we did the check in and found out there was no fireplace in our room (thing that drove me crazy because we paid for that and we would have had so many option for the same price to choose) we went downstairs asking why it wasn’t there. They said that it wasn’t included in my booking, I showed them the pics I had in my profile, and the man said “oh yes I see, probably it was a mistake from booking, they insert the wrong pics. I don’t have any availability for the room with the fireplace now (which sounded weird cause the hotel looked not too busy for me) otherwise I would have given to you. You can try to write to booking and ask why they put the wrong pic. Sorry about that. “ But clearly he didn’t give a thing. He made no effort to solve this. He just passed the buck. I wrote a message to booking, it’s been 3 days by now, beside booking trying to be on my side, there is nothing they can do to solve this. The hotel is refusing to give anything for the inconvenience, so I felt very no welcomed. I won’t recommend this for the entire world. I am sorry. You have to do thing right. And not behave like that. And you wanna know the funniest part?? THEY REMOVE NOW THE PICS WITH THE FIREPLACE IN THE ROOM. You’re genius! Thank god I had a screen shot of this! But this is the worst experience ever!

Our room was on the first floor next to a busy street. Cars woke us at 6:30. Not great. Minor point but I wasn’t crazy about the wooden bed frame that stuck out. Hit my knee on it as well as stubbed my toe twice.

The hotel is amazing! The whole apartment was spacious and nicely furnished. We had a fireplace that warmed up the room very quickly and the whole atmosphere was "dreamy mountain lodge". Also the room had the biggest and the most comfortable bed we ever slept on. Last but not least, every staff member was exceptionally polite and helpful.

Room size! We stayed at one bedroom king room, it’s an apartment, with a kitchenette with everything basic for a meal. Confy bed, a good bathroom, silent, it was great!

The hotel is not in downtown, but I didn’t find it a problem at all.

The room was spacious and comfortable with all the required amenities. Bed was comfortable. Staff helpful and easy to access and use the laundry facilities. Breakfasts were good. Hotel had a lovely atmosphere. We had to rely on public transport so it was great having the bus stop into town right outside the hotel.

Lighting for reading could have been better. Not much to do around the hotel especially when you don't have your own transport.

The location was great, the staff was so friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was quiet and really pretty. Breakfast was yummy and the coffee was delicious. It’s hard to find suites with enough space and privacy for a married couple and an in-law. But we appreciated the amount of privacy we were able to achieve and Mom was super comfortable in the queen bedroom.

The sofa bed. That was an awful bed. So solid and low to the ground. It was so bad after two nights, that my husband ended up sleeping on it as a couch and I slept on the leather chair with my legs on one of the dining table chairs.
