Beds are horrible! Rooms are not clean like they used to be prior to COVID.

I booked 45 minutes before arriving.. It took over an hour to check in because you didn't forward booking information. They finally took my credit card information to give me a room. They had a trainee at the desk

I liked everything but the mattress and pillows

The mattress and the pillows. I cannot stand spongy pillows and beds. Everywhere I go, never are firm enough.

Omg it was fantastic stay. Staff were super friendly and so helpful. The room was huge and so beautiful. The location was perfect for the concert.

There wasn’t anything that wasn’t fantastic.

it was to the Toyota center and I could go walking to the event. The staff that were at the front desk when I arrive were very nice and friendly.

The breakfast was not good at all. The egg and sausage were cold, the coffee was not good. The water of the pool was really and extremely COLD!! The person who was on the front desk at 11:00pm, gave us all a bad service, she was rude, mean and I could even said racist! There was a lot of Hispanic people at the time and she was only helping white people and taking lots of time with them and when it was someone else’s turn (Hispanic) she was rude, she didn’t even make eye contact. One man who was there told her that she was having a bad attitude and she said “I don’t have time for this” and she was making faces like disgusting. A very bad experience with her. Unfortunately I did not get her name.
