The rooms was very spacious for a family. The mini kitchenette area was a good addition. The rooms stayed cool and beds very comfortable.

Uncomfortable. The mattress was as hard as a rock and order over 10 years old. I woke up in pain every other hour.

I didn't like that the shower door was off the rail making it hard to get in and out of shower. I didn't like the pool was closed .

We had no idea the Swimming pool was closed.

Room was big. Shower was nice. Was really cool in the room.
Pool was "under renovation " and my kids weren't able to enjoy the pool. A day after my stay I noticed that I was charged $20. It may not seem like a big deal but my receipt didn't even show why an extra twenty dollars was being paid.

1: Room was way to Small. 2: refrigerator didn’t work. 3 replaced it and that 1 didn’t work. sink was Stop up in bathroom. 4: My mother who has a heart issue Got stuck in the elevator for over 15 mins . 5: No swimming pool . over All it was Awful and They should be ashamed of there selfs. I deserve a Discount due to all the items we lost in refrigerator and stress they cause my family on our vacation
